safe, as I was concerned they would be left unattended.
Instead, they were delivered more than a day late and left on the ground next to free-range chickens, which destroyed the arrangement before the recipients even saw it. There was a chair right beside where the flowers could have been safely placed.
What has disappointed me most is the response afterwards. Rather than taking responsibility, Poco Posy has attempted to shift blame entirely onto the courier, despite assuring me they had updated instructions and personally discussed the delivery with the driver. As the customer, I purchased from Poco Posy, not their subcontractors. The responsibility ultimately sits with the business.
This also follows a previous order where items were missing, an issue that was never satisfactorily resolved.
When you are sending condolence flowers, reliability, care and accountability matter. Unfortunately, my experience with Poco Posy has been the complete opposite. Two orders, two major failures, and not once has there been any genuine ownership of the outcome.
I won’t be risking a third time!

went wrong. 0 customer service, 0 apology and 0 effort to make things right when mistakes happen. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Delivered wrong flowers and then we’re VERY rude taking flowers off recipient!! – Do not use! I ordered a medium bunch of flowers to be delivered to a friend. swap too!! I had asked for them to knock on the door and deliver it too but they had just left it at the door, completely ignoring my request. I rang to request a partial refund for the terrible mistake and the rudeness of the delivery driver after he was the one who made the mistake and ignored my request to hand them to her. No one answered so I left a voicemail 3 days ago but as yet no one has bothered to return my call.
DO NOT USE POCO POSY!!
Please see photos of what was originally given to my friend and taken off her and replaced with the tiny medium bunch. How would you feel if you got that big bunch and then it was taken off you 15 minutes later.
Great service – What a great service. Posy ordered at noon, website easy to use, able to track driver and delivery. Free delivery, which meant I could afford to send the flowers. Delivered before 3 pm. Fantastic, will use again

Gorgeous Generously-Sized Flowers – Poco Posy offers a daily posy with its price incorporating delivery. Each day they create a new arrangement with four sizes available to choose from. For $65, I ordered a medium posy which was generously sized. The order had minute-by-minute delivery tracking that I was able to monitor and a photo of the delivered location. The quality of the flowers, the size of the posy and the service are impressive.
