business $'000s in missed opportunities to sell a licensed entity... a fact that Vikas at Pointax was aware of for over a year. To add insult to injury I was only recently presented with a $680 bill for Xero services which I wanted to transfer six months ago to our new advisors. I have been double billed, and it took months for this problem to be acknowledged and remedied. So, when I queried a huge bill for a dormant entity I was stone-walled.
