Poly 4x4

The indian accent guy over the car refused to reset my transmission control module, refused to fit a second hand one even though I used them 2 months ago over the same issue. He pressured me to replace the whole transmission instead which cost around $5k. When I asked for the part number, he gave me the wrong part number. Stay away from them and find a decent mechanic.

time you're in Melbourne and you need servicing or parts make them your first call. Even if they can't fit you in straight away, that one time you have an emergency they just might. They just saved our family holiday and the service from the staff was nothing but exceptional. I called a jeep dealer I've always dealt with first and they didn't even want to know me. The issue was split intercooler core spraying oil onto the condensor then running down to the belly pan and floor. Without Poly 4x4 our family holiday would have been dead and buried and to tell 3 little kids that 4 days prior would have been heartbreaking. Thanks Poly 4x4 and especially John and the mechanics, hope you enjoyed those cold beers.

Fabulous prompt delivery! – Once again Poly 4x4 has come to rescue. I rang and ordered a head unit for my Jeep on Monday and I had it in Albury on Tuesday. It gives me great confidence as my Jeep gets older!

Wish I lived closer to Poly 4x4 for service – Purchased my WH Grand CRD from John over 10 years ago. I live almost 300 Klms from Melbourne. surprise that did not work. I diagnosed the issue after watching youtube as fuel injectors. Purchased a new set of injectors and glow plugs to do the work myself but decided to leave to the pros. Booked my car in with John at Poly 4x4, 1.5 days later all parts plus a glow plug control module replaced. A full 200k service done and it is driving every bit as well as when john sold it to me. The Input and help i got from Jim for items such as what "Lift" to go with down to him recommending external parties to talk to regarding wheels/tyres and sourcing good value parts/products has resulted in a finished drive that is a joy to get behind the wheel of. service. When we got to Mackay, I noticed that trans appeared to be leaking. I contacted Poly, they contacted a transmission specialist in Mackay and booked me in to see what the problem was. As the pan was leaking, Poly sent a new pan via overnight freight and arranged installation. Huge thanks to Jim and John from Poly 4X4 and Kennedy Automatics in Mackay.

Fast shipment, reasonably priced Used 4x4 Car Parts – Enquired after a used part for my Jeep.... Got instant answer, reasonable price, purchased immediately over the phone (Thursday). Part arrived Monday AM. Central Coast Qld. Fitted straight on. Didn't have to go all round the houses to source the right part, like you do with most car breakers. Good job.
