I just had to say Thanks! – We found the service and attention to quality impressive when we received our beautiful green felt covered table and accessories. We ordered varied cues due to the ages of our family members and each one was perfectly suited, together with the balls, chalks, gloves and even the re-levelling service for the table when we moved it. They were prompt with mailing my extra goods & careful in the protective packaging. I have no trouble recommending this honest hard working little family business to everyone. Well done guys!

Poor Quality Goods / Corrupt eBay Feedback – This business sold me a "Quality Canadian Maple Pool Snooker Billiards Cue Two Piece 9mm tip Maple Shaft" which was bent, and the rubber stub falls out constantly. Terrible quality. I wrote Neutral feedback on eBay stating "Pool cue has slight warp, disappointing for "Quality" listing". This seller then contacted me demanding I remove the feedback, and tried to emotionally sway me by saying this feedback would hurt their family. I came to a resolution with the company to leave the feedback and hold off a refund or replacement, to move on from the matter (as it was already given to a friend as a gift). A week later, I find that the feedback has been removed! Don't buy from this company based on their feedback results! If you leave neutral or negative feedback, even as measured as mine, they will have it removed. No integrity here.
