AES do not keep maintenance spares kept in Australia - Waited 12 weeks for replacement compressor to arrive and be installed.

Fairland products have massively inferior control and user interface - much better products and suppliers on the market.

When second heat pump failed, AES again told me to arrange my own support visit with a subcontractor. In contrast Sunlover Heating have their own team of technicians and arranged a visit the same day, to replace the Fairland unit with an Oasis heat pump, which is far superior to the AES product.

the pumps and plumbing were (the documentation on the spa was very poor to non-existent). 2. By that evening we had quotes on three alternatives, with brochures explaining how each option worked. 3. Communication with Tracey was excellent, keeping us informed when installation would occur and providing details of the Company’s policy for social distancing. 4. Matt arrived on the day of installation, on time, and with everything required to complete the job. 5. All the parts used in the installation were commercial quality. There were no shortcuts, trying to save a few dollars. 6. Access to the spa was not easy as the bottom half was below a timber deck, leaving only crawl space to access the areas for installing the solar system. Matt admitted that it was one of the most difficult installations he had ever done, but he didn’t complain. He just got on with the job. 7. We were impressed that Matt didn’t come to us with problems, he just logically worked through solutions and then informed us what he planned to do and why. 8. Matt certainly went the extra mile. This included: a. Securing the pump to the concrete base. b. Installing valves on the suction and pressure side of the pump so that maintenance could be carried out without having to empty the spa. c. Neat installation of the pipe work. d. Applying silicon to the screws for the manifolds on the roof to seal out moisture. e. Took photos of the roof installation so that we could see what had been done on the roof. He emailed them to us before he left. f. Matt spent half an hour explaining how the system worked, including the annual maintenance and also took a call from us the next day to answer questions we had forgotten to ask. g. Cleaning up after himself to a point where there was no sign of him being there except for the new solar system. We anticipate that the cost for heating the spa will drop from $2,000/year to about $130/year. The return on our investment works out at over 40%, which is by far the best investment we have been able to make for a long time. There is no comparison between Australian Energy Systems and the other companies we sought quotes from. We highly recommend Australian Energy Systems. They are a brilliant, knowledgeable and highly professional company.

through their schedule and get my problem sorted. Well this morning (17 Feb) Matt from AES knocked on the door. Matt explained everything he would be doing and cracked on. Last thing to do was to balance the pressure, I have a new eco pump and to get the system working properly Matt had to adjust eco mode to nearly what the clean mode was set at. Sort of negated the reason for an eco pump, but Matt was not finished and he suggested a couple of options to me. Matt tuned the flow rate to and from the roof and got the pump down to 2050rpm. AES installed 2 heat pumps to our 25 metre lap pool in our apartment complex about 2 years ago and we are very happy with the operation of the units. settings on the units and adjusted the valves in the pool room to rectify this problem. He was very helpful in explaining the correct settings for the units to avoid any future problems. AES' quote for the pool heaters was very competitive and we are glad we chose them

construction, a very understanding Jodie kept in contact putting my mind at ease over the delays and the supply of the heat pump. We ended up having to put the installation date back by four months, but as soon as the pool was finished Jodie booked in installation. The installer, Cain, was an absolute champ who set the heat pump up perfectly, patiently went over all the features, then went on and brushed down and vacuumed the pool before fitting the Daisy pool cover I had opted for through them. Can't fault these guys and were a dream to deal with.
