overall level of service did not meet the expectations set at the start of the process. I recommend that anyone considering this company ensure all terms are confirmed in writing, and that regular follow-ups are maintained to avoid similar issues.

Worst company ever – Do not use Price's Removal and Storage. I moved from BBurnie to Port Macquarie. They were supposed to deliver the remaining goods on December 20th since they underestimated the volume we had. Today is the 8 January. I am unable to get hold of them by phone or email. I have left numerous messages and they have not replied once! I am now worried they have lost the remaining part of of oir belongings.

Avoid them at all costs – Port Removal were engaged to uplift, store for1-2 months then deliver appro 40 cubic meters of household contents to new house. $8000 leather lounges damaged, $15000 table damaged, the list to long for this space. told it was broken before loading( question, why would they load a large broken pot with soil and a citrus tree in it?) As contents are being off loaded two of their staff begin to notice damage caused by poor repacking after storage. Removalists assure me that they will lodge a damage report. Uplift 6th Jan 2021 delivery early Feb 2021. Two weeks pass with no contact from Jamie Carter, manager Port Removals and Storage. The stall tactics begin. 1. Delivery staff on holidays and have not lodged the damage report. 2. Damage report lost/ misplaced by some of his staff. Jamie asks me to sent a list with photos. 3. Weeks pass. Info sent was lost when computer system at Port Removals upgraded. 4. Info resent. Jamie very slow to respond and them the blame is passed onto lack of action on their Insurers part. 5. Excuses continue until September 2021 until claim is lodged with NCAT. 6. NCAT ruling that Port removals pays compensation. Draw your own conclusions

Very Professional to deal with – Only a massage chair bought on line which arrived well packed and protected. 800km to Brisbane. No effort spared by all staff. Punctual pick up and delivery and more than pleased with pricing and service

Damaged goods, no after sales service – I wouldn't use them again. About 10 large furniture items were damaged in our interstate move and company did not help at all, tried to say they were in receivership to avoid responsibility. Tried to charge additional money after pick up, left a hole in our wall and left annoying white stickers that don't come off on everything we own.

No fuss move. All arrived in good condition – This was our 2nd move with Port Macquarie Removals & Storage to Qld (1. Feb 2016 & 2. Nov 2016). All staff - from Admin. to Packers/Delivery men - were very pleasant & easy to deal with. a whole house move, but consisted of large furniture items, white goods plus many boxes which we had packed & cataloged ourselves. Downside - NOT in any way meant to be critical of their service and due to unforeseen circumstances - ie: a previous clients understated contents on the day of uplift + traffic/road works on the way for delivery, was a later pick up & delivery time, but nothing which put us out at either end as we were kept notified of all holdups. As others have stated, "very pleasant to work with". Side note: My husband has also submitted his recommendation of this company on THIS move - he wasn't present during the 1st occasion we contracted with Port Removals - as I was the one who organised both moves via email & phone from Qld, and we can honestly say that we are both very impressed with this company. A HUGE thank you from us to Port Macquarie Removals & Storage. NOTE: We were NOT offered a reward for this review, we are just being HONEST about our 2 experiences with this company.

Triple A 10 star service Brisbane to Port Macquarie – We have moved many times over the last 30 years and have never before had such superb service. Secondly, our thanks to Glen and Darren who took care of the unpacking at the Port end. They also showed patience, care and consideration for all our household goods.

Last, but not least, our thanks to Jamie and Mark at the office end of things. Jamie was very accommodating when we requested the move to push forward by a day and was more than happy to store our container for a week whilst we searched for accommodation.

All in all we cannot rate Port Macquarie Removals highly enough, all our goods were in tip top condition upon arrival - not a scratch, dent or mark on a single item and, believe me, we have a lot of household items.

Moving made easy – Port Removals were very efficient, I dealt with Mani directly and all aspects of the move were easy. The quote was on par and boxes delivered promptly. I was contacted numerous times to remind me of dates and times of pickup and delivery of goods, highly recommend Port Removals a very professional team.

greatest care and had friendly personalities. As our residence was not going to be available for 5 weeks - our belongings were stored by the guys until we arranged a delivery date. Again everything went like clockwork and our belongings arrived safe and sound - our plants had even been watered and were not suffering at all. No communication! – Rang this company to quote for move. Appointment made but no show on the day. Rang again and left message for someone to contact me. No call back. If I had of booked I would have had doubts about them turning up..

finished early allowing all of us to enjoy the rest of our new years eve. They wrote a comprehensive inventory and ensured we had all the right documents before they left.

On arrival in the NT the items were again unpacked quickly by friendly guys who couldn't do enough to help me allocate items to rooms and mark the inventory (esp. cause my partner was at work) - they unpacked a large number of the breakables for my peace of mind and built all the furniture (beds, tables etc) that had been collapsed for transport - they even put the mattress in place!

Not a single item was broken, missing or even scratched and the family heirlooms I stressed over for the month of transport were in pristine condition.

I couldn't recommend this company enough! reliable, friendly, helpful and expereienced

Stay Well Clear – I wish I had read the other review first - Port Macquarie were contracted through work to move us. because of this I didn't have a lot of direct communication with them. They gave me a finish time and understood this was due to a flight, they were to be out by 3pm, didn't end up finishing until 7pm! While I can understand some overrun, this was excessive. Mitch (owners son) also assured me that they would send 4 people due to the time required, on the day there were only 2 people and they would not send more.

Our gear is yet to be delivered and I am very nervous about the next stage. the 2 packers were very pleasant and worked well. Very poor communication and levels of service from company owners - did not deliverer on any promises

bad – After many phone calls to get a written quote, acceptance and insurance documents via email l was dismayed to be told by Marian, owner, that as they were understaffed l could go elsewhere as l was not satisfied with their poor service. 6 phone calls to get 2 emails for the quote and insurance forms, 3 phone calls to never recieve the acceptance form.
