Portable Skips Noble Park. These negative reviews DO NOT apply to them. Laura and her husband were excellent with communication. No issues with payment. Quick drop off and pickups. Placed the skip exactly where I asked. Will definitely use them if needed in the future.
Let me be clear; THIS IS A SCAM. Booked online and charged immediately. Nil confirmation email received, called the number on the website, only to get a 3rd party call centre who can't connect you to the business, can only 'message' them to call you back. Never called me back, and skip never arrived. Tried to email, only to discover the listed email address is fake. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS 'BUSINESS'
This company is a scam, DO NOT USE THEM. Ordered a bin and due to maintenance issue (flat trye) they could not deliver the bin and advised would provide refund within 4 days, guess what no refund. drop it off but he does nothing, he advises its above him, he is just the delivery driver. I did manage to get the email address of someone else bill@portableskips.com.au but no reply. This will be reported to the Ombudsman and any other avenue.
I ordered a mobile bin to be delivered to Allambie Heights on 20/11/25. The bin has not been delivered 30 hrs later. I have called their 1300 number 7 times (the operators don't handle service issues and sent urgent reply requests to their own service section) and I was informed they would contact. dissapeared into the universe. They have no published email address, no phone number for service, etc. I guess I am the fool here. From now I will register a complaint with Fair Trading, asic.go.au and request the Ombudsman to intervene on my behalf. Sigh...., I hope others don't have to go through this, I should have read the reviews. Fool me.

PORTABLE SKIPS IS A SCAM WEBSITE – SCAM. My expereince aligns with the other 2 reviews left here. I wish I checked before being robbed of $265 and never receiving a skip.
SCAM! – SCAM. Do not order from here. No skip and when you call they say someone will call you back and then they don’t. Have called 4 times with no return call. Appears to be a call centre and they can only take a message. I have reported to consumer affairs
