Web site site stated 'In Stock' - Its now 10 days from order and 3 requests for an update - NOTHING. - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Ordered cognac on the Internet paid on credit card, no further contact from porters. Phone 1800 number rings out, no reply to 3 emails. Order from 22 may no response.

Ordered 6 weeks ago. No delivery, no response and no refund, despite multiple attempts at contacting Porters Lux. Buyer beware - do not purchase from these scam artists.

No Delivery and No Refund – Made the mistake of ordering from the Porters Lux website. Two weeks later, still nothing delivered and zero cooperation from Porters either to effect delivery or a refund. Will never go near these sharks again.

Excellent range of quality wines – 10 minutes by tractor Pinot noir, one of the best Mornington Pinots. Very hard to find. So glad Porters Balgowlah stock it.

Porters Liquor Balgowlah – Looked on Porters Balgowlah website and saw VB cans 30 pack for $57.99. On presenting it at checkout was told it was $64.99. I clarified that it was on special on website and was told that it did not apply to them as they were individually owned. I will not be back ever.

Worse australia day service – I understand the minimum Eftpos purchase of $10, however when you sell pies and small goods, expect your customers to ask to quickly BPay an amount less than $10. there seem to delight in giving attitude to the majority of their customer base. The first time I thought it was a fluke but it kept happening and my neighbours told me they had the same experiences.
