wrong amount. Moving out of the unit was the most painful experience. They had multiple rounds of inspections of the property and every time they came up with a new issue. They even highlighted very minor issues which were general wear and tear. Overall, the worst experience I have ever had with a real estate agent. A friend of mine also had similar bad experience with them. Will not recommend them to anyone!

unprofessional and rude – Take around five weeks to respond to requests. Responses are unhelpful and irrelevant and are on the side of insulting. No apologies made for inconveniences to us due to their inaction. We have been threatened with a breach being lodged for not paying rent after asking for a rental reduction while our request is being resolved. To date, we are up to date with rent.
