AVOID THIS COMPANY AND DIRECTOR LIKE IT'S COVID !!! – utter scam artist !!! Owes his suppliers thousands of dollars, with one I heard through a friend, over $40,000 and from word on the street, he owes some very nasty very heavy hitters a lot of money. He will not be in the best shape when those people catch up with him. He did work for us, well started too, and then cleared out with our cash.… Read more
Never to be seen again, won't return calls or voicemails. He has gone underground and don't think he will resurface anytime soon, if he knows what's good for him that is. I cannot recommend enough for people to steer clear of [Name Removed] and his unlicenced and unreputable dodgy company !!! Do not give him a cent, you will never see him or you r money again !!! You have been warned, run for the hills !!!!!
Run for your life – Kurt Dean (director) conned my wife & I out of $25270 which NCAT have ordered he repay immediately. He took 5months to do 1/3 of the work when he boasted it would take 3 weeks & then did a runner.
Avoid this joker at all costs!!! – I would give 0 stars unfortunately, Product reviews are too nice. [Name Removed] and [Name Removed], a rubbish company with zero pride in work. He is quick to accept the money but will never complete the work or attempt to remediate any issues his "company" has caused. He has caused damage to our property with his unlicensed excavator after… Read more
stating he was licensed and then blamed it was already damaged.
I have had multiple neighbours complain that he has dumped rubbish and excess cement on their property. The company and the 2 employees he hires have no regard for other people's property.
The workmanship is not worth what he is quoting. Turf died after a few days, cement smeared over the brickwork/pavers of the landscaping, the paint of the mailbox chipping off and the list goes on for incompleted work as well.
The director will not answer his phone or reply to texts either for obvious reasons with the other reviews seen on this website. I will be pursuing the issue with NCAT, hoping law enforcement will eventually shut this joke down.
Save your money and go with someone more reputable even if they cost more at least you dont deal with this joke of a company.
Unlicensed, unprincipled, avoid any dealings – This business is an ASIC registered company but does not operate with a licence. They charged more than the permitted deposit; took on a contract with me and my neighbour that they are not legally allowed to do without a licence (over $5000) and in mine and my neighbour's case took our deposits and then disappeared and didn't do the work at all.… Read more
After months of my pestering, the director promised to return the deposit, but then 'vanished' and am now pursuing the company through the civil tribunal (Fair Trading have told me there are several other disappointed clients doing the same but are not able to help me get my money back as they are unlicensed). I recommend you do not have anything to do with them. I only wish I had read some of these reviews before contracting them.
Avoid this business at all costs – I have been chasing the owner of this business through court for a year. The owner of this business built a retaining wall on our property which then failed. I went to Department of Fair Trading who referred me to to NCAT. We went to court 3 times during which the owner did not attend. On the 3rd court date we were awarded over $10,000 in… Read more
damages. Despite having a court order, the owner has refused to pay. The owner has ducked and dodged at every opportunity. His work is poor and his attitude is worse. Considering taking even further legal action, and/or involving the media to make sure others do not end up in my situation. Avoid at all costs.

Sharing my horrible experience in dealing with PRECISE FENCING AND LANDSCAPING PTY LTD – WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! PRECISE FENCING AND LANDSCAPING PTY LTD (ACN 649068244) took money from me and many other customers without having appropriate licenses or any intention to complete works. many customers. I strongly recommend you to not engage this company.
In 2021, I engaged PRECISE FENCING AND LANDSCAPING for landscaping services and paid a significant deposit upfront. Throughout our interactions, the company owner repeatedly misrepresented his trade license status, providing a formal quotation for the work without possessing a valid license.
Additionally, the company poured concrete of my driveway without obtaining the necessary approval from the Council, a clear violation of regulations. Consequently, I had to hire another contractor to rectify their work in order to obtain the Council's approval, resulting in significant costs for me.
After experiencing extensive delays, I reported the matter to NSW Fair Trading, who confirmed that the contractor and its owner were not licensed and should not have provided a quotation for the work.
Subsequently, I pursued my dispute through NCAT and the local court, both of which ruled in my favor and ordered PRECISE FENCING AND LANDSCAPING to refund my deposit. However, despite these rulings, I have yet to recover my funds. It is worth noting that I am not the only victim of this contractor's fraudulent practices, as evidenced by numerous complaints from other customers on their now-closed Facebook account, describing similar issues.
If you value your money, I strongly advise against engaging in any transactions with this unreliable contractor.
If you find yourself in a similar situation with this contractor, please feel free to send me a private message, and I will be happy to offer assistance. There are avenues available through which you may be able to recover your funds.
