This firm recently settled a claim for me ....what a joke they pushed me into accepting an offer that was way less than it should of been they said if I didn't accept they wouldnt represent me anymore ...my claim was 100 percent won but they pressured me to take the offer ...I lost lots of money due to this ....want to warn future clients go else where this firm is not interested in you ...it's all them oh and my go to lawyer in this firm was fired because she had my and other clients best interest before this aweful firm .....please go elsewhere ....

Terrible experience overall – I'd like to agree with the last reviewer about this company that I used back from 2013-2018. They promised the world but executed nothing much on my case. My case was fairly straightforward and they said upon my meetings that my case was very winnable but when it came to the actual payout, it turns out that the both sets of lawyers my ones ( premier compensation lawyers) plus the ICWA lawyers were clearly the overall winners in my case. As I requested through the freedom of information act, to get my files and clearly my case should have won, and the amount of money it cost for both sets of lawyers was clearly only beneficial to the two sets of lawyers. Totally disgusting. The money involved in the cases far exceeded my payout by 6 figure amount compared with my payout. I would strongly tell people to stay away from the company to deal with any compensation claims, due to their incapacity to follow through on their false promises. I was basically told that if I proceeded to take the matter to court and lost my case that I would be up for all the costs of both lawyers parties. And I would be better off settling the offer that they presented. I was pushed into a corner to submit and settle for what they said was a out of court settlement and that would be the best outcome unless I wanted to risk paying for all the court proceedings. I only realised after the proceedings had been finalised and I asked for the freedom of information act to get my files that the money both lawyer parties received far exceeded my payout by a substantial amount. The Dr's that the ICWA used said my pains was going to go away but law and behold since 2011 until now 2024 I'm still going through severe pain.

Please stay clear of this company. They don't work for you the client. Regards Scott

I wish I never went here, at least I will warn others – Never sign up here! They are nasty, horrible people. This is what will happen, they will take 2.5-3 years due to case neglect. They will raise the estimate substantially after luring you in with a lower estimate and promise of a large settlement. They will do nothing, you will get no direct advice, poor communication, ignored, dismissed, incompetence, failure to progress, they will act without your instructions and just do what they like not even having conversations about your options, even if a barrister says no prospect of success they ignore it and still drag your case out 1.5 years longer incurring more expense. They lose things from your case file. If you are anxious and in pain from your injury and have to keep following up on your case resolution due to them doing nothing, they will just continue to keep you in the dark and use this for their billable hours. They do not care. They then will try an informal settlement which they could have done 1.5 years earlier. They then will advise you to do something and terminate you for following their advice. They will threaten you and pressure you. They won’t know or care about the details of your case so instead of defending against allegations they will just drop the negotiation by $10k. After a no win from them, and wasted 2.5 years I had to negotiate by myself with the insurer. They then took 50% despite their ineffective legal work. Likely they take more from other people’s settlement. They had an exorbitant lump sum bill which they never produced an itemised bill for because they did very little work. They accepted an all inclusive settlement payment and still lied about being able to come after their waived exorbitant bill with threats of solicitors, debt collectors, District Court and costs for that. They even misrepresented this to NCAT so that they could get external lawyers and try claim costs. Do your research on NSW Caselaw website, Premier Compensation Lawyers, [Name Removed], their law firm policies include hide the bill and don’t discuss viability of cases with clients. They often neglect cases and miss deadlines, amongst other interesting things. They will take a significant portion of your settlement, go elsewhere. Do yourself a favour never get trapped with this law firm.
