Purchase a “370ss” truck mount cleaning machine from this company, products was not as described, stated it was a lightly used back up machine. rusty connections This cost me $450 for repairs,
The wand sent was damaged and had a damaged glide, and it was a cheap $600 2 jet wand, the wands that come with the 370ss are 4 jet Wands and cost $2500 A separate pump to empty the waste tank he charged me nearly $2000 was completely dead and all rusty. The waste water tank was filthy [content removed]

Great experience – Nice and friendly, did a great job, the guy spoke to my mum ( who has dementia ) for ages, he was so patient and nice I felt so comfortable with them in the house. Carpets came up lovely too. Show reply

Terrible experience – Very rude man I dealt with on the phone. I had to cancel my booking because I wouldn't be in the state on the date I booked. I advised him they were my first choice and would use them in the future, he told me he'd rather me take my business else where.
