PREMIER STRATA is the WORST. Constant excuses, CONSTANT DEFLECTION. We raise issues, they just push it back on the owners corp like it’s not their problem. ZERO accountability. instead of them actually explaining and working with us. Because of their delays our costs have blown out!! This is NOT good management. Owners need a strata manager who actually works for them, not one that hides behind paperwork, ignores our calls and emails!! HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE??
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Premier strata recently and they have an amazing team. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. Ilf you are looking for a strata firm to manage your building, I would highly recommend Premier Strata.

went back/forth unsure why? The exact reason was written/noted in the general meeting document. Because of this delay our Insurance went from 8k to 16k!! Currently discussing this with Fair Trading. Insurance Ombudsman...

a clear case of financial mismanagement—something that should never have slipped through the cracks. This is part of a broader pattern of systemic neglect we’ve now documented extensively.
We are currently preparing to file a full case with NCAT, supported by a detailed evidence pack. All timelines, communications, and contradictions are on record, and this will soon become part of the public domain.
I’ve already received outreach from other strata committees who’ve had similar concerns about how their buildings were handled. I encourage any other affected parties to come forward and compare notes.
I would strongly advise any owners corporation or strata committee to ask hard questions and look beyond the surface when evaluating Premier Strata.
