Bought a OBD 1 to computer USB cable and was delighted to find a CD Rom with INPA software files included. must not have done it correctly because every time I tried again I got the same warning that a virus had been detected. Why would a company send a CD Rom with files infected with a dangerous virus?

Rip off – Rip off. Paid 400 odd dollars for the cgsulit cg580, and it does nothing but read and clear codes. Just a glorified obd2 scanner. Buyers beware. Spoke to premium diagnostics about a refund. Pretty much got told to get lost

Good experience and customer service – I'm a bit clueless with this sort of thing but I called up and the lady on the phone was really knowledgeable and helped me choose the right scanner for my husband. She didn't make me feel silly for not knowing and was very professional. Arrived today. He will love it.
