I have waited two weeks for dispatch or delivery of goods from this business. Lost count how many attempts to contact them. Never a response. Yet they find the time to send spam emails of specials. Send customers goods ordered or give them a refund. Do Not Buy From This Business.

Terrible service – I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. Despite ordering an item and being informed a few days later that there would be a 1-2 week delay in delivery, my order was inexplicably cancelled before I could even respond. After inquiring about the cancellation, I was informed again that the item was 1-2 weeks away, only for the order to be cancelled once more! The process was incredibly time-consuming, and I did not receive a clear response to my queries. The communication has been poor, and the emails did not adequately address the issues I've raised.
