EXCELLENT SERVICE. Fastest pick pack & deliver. Ordered on 15 April - received on 21st April. 15kgs only $14 postal fee. Genuine "German" made idler pulley + BOSCH "Slotted" brake disks. PERFECT Fitments. FANTASTIC PRICING. This is my 2nd purchase from them definitely will come back.

Ordered a component online indicating a 2 day lead time (handling) in stock. Got a short reply soon after requesting expedited delivery since taking full payment "sorry out of stock, need to wait on stock from France". by the supplier on ebay for $200 cheaper indicating the realistic lead time of 3-4 weeks. Old mate knew I needed an immediate refund but choose to cut the convo on the Friday afternoon, delaying the refund process until Monday. He could have helped immediately but ya know, didnt like that I was unhappy hes falsely advertising stock availability.

Meanwhile you stuff around the average consumer.

Stay clear.

not same as listing – Fast delivery, but part was not the same as the image in listing The image showed an Oring with two locating tabs as per original part, The one supplied was just a plain Oring

Poor customer service! – Prices are good but it takes days to get a reply to emails. Website doesn’t give an address or phone number (+61 432265328), just a PO Box for returns. I had to raise a complaint with PayPal to get my refund.

Buy elsewhere and dont waste your time – Very bad customer service, delivery time and accuracy of order fulfillment is just not up to standards. Theres just no excuse for wrong parts and late delivery at the same time. Wouldve ley it go if it was just a late delivery, but both?? And buyer still needs to pay for return postage? No thanks! Save your time, money and stress and go buy from other stores.

pump. The water pump can be purchased as cover or cover with assembly. I selected the full assembly but only received cover. Furthermore, brand listed was Valeo but received Hepu.

Will see how the refund process goes but I was already waiting for a week and will probably waste 2 more weeks before this is sorted out and car is off the roads.

UPDATE: Weekend query responded Monday morning. Return label received and all issues sorted. Will keep review 4 stars due to shipping time but will also buy from them again (and wait longer) as I understand small business cannot have the same expensive systems in place as some of the bigger players therefore cannot be as quick as them.

Rubbish company – The absolute worst customer service ever. This is a warning to potential customers. No idea how this company is still operating. Takes money and sends wrong item. Trash company!

parts recently & found some parts listed as suitable for my vehicle on the PAP webpage was incorrect unfortunately costing me time with a car off the road. I contacted Pap & had the returns & refunds sorted out quickly. This experience in no way will affect me using them again but I will contact them to verify stock availability & the suitability for the vehicle prior to placing a order in future .
