⚠️ Buyer beware! Bought a Mercedes E450 Coupe with 33,000 km — interior scratched, dog claw marks everywhere, floor mats worn through, broken door trim, electric window still faulty, and only one damaged key fob with no spare. Cheap, shoddy repairs everywhere: kerb rash ground down, overspray on wheels and bumpers, wood-screwed front bumper.… Read more

Promised “new condition” and sold a thousands-dollar Integrity Warranty “like a new car warranty” — total lies. Ended up spending $5,000–$6,000 just to make it reasonable. Empty promises, hidden costs, worthless warranty. If you see iWarranty or Integrity Warranty, RUN.

Offered to buy a $50k+ vehicle (highest spec in the country) for $16k hahahaha Typical lowballing grubs selling cars at a 200%+ markup. AVOID

I had a very disappointing experience with Prestige Auto Traders. I texted the salesperson at 9:30am to confirm I would be arriving around 1pm to inspect and test drive a specific vehicle. To make this happen, I left an important seminar halfway through—sacrificing time and professional commitments to be there. When I arrived, the car was still… Read more

on the lot and I was shown the vehicle, only to be told moments later that the manager had just sold it. There was no courtesy call, no message, no warning, and no effort to hold the vehicle even though I had clearly communicated my intent and timeframe.

Frankly, it felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic or, at best, poor internal communication and a lack of basic professional courtesy. This is exactly the kind of behavior that gives used car dealerships a bad name.

The salesperson was apologetic, but unfortunately, the damage was done. It’s a shame, because I was a serious buyer and ready to proceed. Sadly, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Unless you want have your life turned upside down, be sold a vehicle that is unroadworthy but unconscionably sold by them knowing FULL WELL the vehicle has not genuinely been mechanically inspected or works required and have them completed (they will have dodgy documentation stating otherwise by their… Read more

own "sister" companies and convince purchasers of the (unlawful) legitimacy)!!! And when the defects are made known to them, they will deny, refuse rectification of issues, zero negotiation for reasonable resolutions or breach confidentiality laws by providing your personal details to third parties who they have contact you with threats of violence and will intimidate you to the point of living everyday in serious fear for your safety both by driving the vehicle (unless of course you are forced to spend the thousands of dollars to make it safe) or by simply walking down the street waiting for their "agent" to "find you and drag you out of your car"!!!! Disgraceful dealership who should be permanently banned from trading! EVER!!!

Customer service and after sales service is terrible – Bought a car back in August and have had it in twice since with mechanical issues (still under 3 month used car warranty). Female Customer service person was rude, dismissive and really shouldn’t be speaking with customers. Not great experience on both occasions. I would not recommend dealing with them - find a car elsewhere. Show details

Unconscionable conduct?! – I arranged a test drive and when we got there the next day, the sales rep wouldn't let us test drive the car unless we agreed to buy it first. He said that is their policy, albeit he did not disclose that to me the day before otherwise I would not have wasted my time going there. I don't appreciate the subterfuge to get us to their dealership… Read more

when there was no intention of letting us test drive the car without a committment to buy. I feel this tactic is underhanded and it was a complete waste of our time. We left there very disappointed and upset at such a negative experience.

Excellent A+ – Yuri and the team at Prestige Auto Traders were excellent. Extremely helpful and diligent in getting every minor detail in order and went above and beyond expectations. Very helpful and satisfied. Show details

Terrible dealer – I arranged to test drive a car, drove 80kms. They refused to let me test drive unless I negotiated the trade in deal beforehand, but I hadn’t driven their car to see if it was any good. I left disgusted at their tactics and my time that they wasted. They are what makes people hate dealing with car dealers.
