PRESTON SMILES DENTAL MELBOURNE VIC [Name Removed] worst service and ripped me off (disgusted ) – My name is Nick I am 54years old Greek back round family and kids PRESTON SMILES 326 HIGH STREET PRESTON 3072 I have been going to this dentist for approx 5 years had fillings and teeth removed by the same doctor [Name Removed] made appointment and went to dentist as i have right back tooth cracked and needs filling or removal i was in (pain )11am appointment 13/11/2024

As always on time he took me in .He said we will do X-ray first and to see what's wrong ..I agreed.. he asked me are you with Medibank private still? I answered yes He did X-ray and said to me we fix easy other fillings first and then we see what we can do with back right as is more difficult spot to work on and requires more time I said ok you know best lets do it I trusted him He did 3 fillings i only felt 2 then he finished and got up and told me there is nothing he can do with back tooth and i have gum decease and to go to a specialist i am not happy as i was still with tooth pain that hasn't been looked at .He didn't X-ray back tooth he charged me for 3 filling $725 and i still have pain right upper tooth

My son made an emergency appointment with other dentist close by never been there before yes pain is gone but so is the rear tooth..The other dentist did x ray and he advised me that was too far gone for repair so he extracted my painful tooth after my consent

The cost was $230 Yes he advised me that my gums are shrinking and needs to be looked at in the future but not that bad

so my problem is that [Name Removed] just scammed me apparently 3 fillings $725 didn't remove (extract) painful tooth and i had to go to another dentist to get rid of my pain .Those fillings could have waited longer was not urgent

He should have told me from the start and i would have gone somewhere else ,which i did anyway

DO NOT TRUST PRESTON SMILES THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF ESPECIALLY [Name Removed] never recomend anyone again to this dental surgery discussed with the service
