I recently visited Pretty Femme for a brow lamination and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Emilia was absolutely wonderful — professional, warm, and attentive throughout the whole appointment. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The salon itself is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which I always appreciate. The results speak for themselves — my brows look perfectly groomed and beautifully shaped.
If you’re looking for a go-to spot for brow lamination, look no further than Pretty Femme. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend asking for Emilia — you won’t be disappointed!
Unprofessional, rude, unqualified, and not worth the money !!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked in for combination brows expecting a professional service…. instead, I left with uneven, overly dark brows which was not consistent with my normal brown and now sits much higher...they looked nothing like what we discussed. They looked patchy, blocky, and just wrong. I was mortified and cried for days after as I will be stuck with this ! When I politely reached out for a touch-up or even just a quick fix, I was met with a hostile and rude attitude and endless excuses projected back my way. No accountability, no effort to make things right, just straight-up dismissive. It’s like once she has your money, you’re no longer her problem and she just moves on to botch her next victim and butcher their faces! She has since blocked me on instagram and my phone number, proving that she never wanted to make amends for her actions. Her establishment has no place staying in business given this level of customer service and a lack of proper skills, poor attention to detail, or due diligence to deliver what was promised and agreed upon. I do not normally leave online reviews but I felt compelled to no longer stay silent about this and to warn others ... Please please please! Save yourself the money and regret…..go somewhere else that actually values their clients and their reputation. DO NOT make the same mistake as I did!
Avoid – I second Hannah's post Avoid! I used her service for combination brow tattooing, which hasn't worked. My main reason for visiting was to get my eyebrows looking identical, my eyebrows were always different shapes and have lots of gaps. After spending $300 they look the same. I reached out twice and politely asked if I could pop in so she could assess but she said no, I then went online to make a booking but the only way you get to see her again is buy paying a $50 appointment fee which I refused to pay, so she cancelled my appointment and has blocked me on Instagram.
Avoid – Used her services twice for brow tattooing. She doesn't measure properly. Had to have her fix the shape both times before leaving as one was much thicker than the other. She doesn't sit you up to see the change in shape before tattooing, ink fell out within the first week both times. I Let her know and she called me a complainer and said I'm the only one who's ever had a issue. Had to find someone to fix her botched job and they showed me that there was a 3mm difference in shape and 70% ink fallout. She removed the review option off her Facebook so unable to leave a review there. Obviously I'm not to only one who hasn't been happy with her work.
