They changed new owner to Gracie nails now and to be honest, they're so rude to ask me to come back in half an hour and when I came back I was sitting there for at least another 15 mins. I gave them a 1 star review, absolutely appalling service where they dont respect people's time. I work in town and only allow over an hour break so thought it would worked out perfectly but didn't

I had a wonderful manicure and pedicure, complete with beautifully applied nail polish, all finished in under an hour, with the friendly Jenny. The service was quick and efficient without feeling rushed, and my nails looked polished and flawless. Perfect for anyone wanting a beautiful result —I would definitely recommend it!

towards the me to the massage chair where they do the pedicure spas she then started filling the foot bucket with water I show her a photo of what I want as I sat down to make sure we are on the same page in terms of cost (cause we all know if it ain’t one colour, God only knows what price they will come up with while trying to justify all the non existent reasons why it’s should be that amount) anyway, she tells me she needs to ask, I guess, the manager(??) or some one that hold decisions making authority how much my nails would be (mind you it wasn’t anything extravagant or hard and none of that fancy artsy stuff where they have to paint miniature puppies or stick things on the nail, it was a French tip and the tip was a thin line of silver.. . Anyway This lady walks out to me and says it’s $110 each this lady wanted to charge me a total of $220 for a pedicure / manicure. My first thought was am I gonna be getting told this price at every salon… either way ain’t no way I’m Paying that much for something I can live without.. So I politely tell her it’s too high and that I’m going to go check another nail salon to compare prices as it is quite high for me. She then starts to tell me that because my feet were are in the water I have to at least get one of them done or I’ll have to pay for the water. I couldn’t help but laugh in that moment.. she can’t be serious Even the other customers were rolling their eyes and shaking their head at her. Anyway she was very unpleasant and if she isn’t the owner then the owner need to fire her immediately she is causing business to plummet and if she is the owner, you get what you give. Bottom line - if you’re looking to get crappy overpriced and rude service then this is the place to be. There is another salon a few shops away called TN nails and spa they are a million times better. I ended up going the them and it was almost half the price of what she told me.

addressing it, they simply ignored the issue. I showed an inspiration photo for my nails, but the technician used a completely different color and then blamed me for not picking one, which was unfair and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, she cut my cuticles too deeply, causing pain, and the gel manicure started chipping the very same day. I ended up spending 3 hours there, only to leave with poor results, sore cuticles, and back pain from a broken chair.

Definitely not worth the time or money.

Lana Linda and Ruby are just amazing. They are very welcoming and do a great job. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. At the Glen Shopping Centre Glen Waverley next to Coles supermarket lower ground.

getting pedicure done? She gave a trainee to my daughter who did an extremely bad job. Infact after putting cream and massage she made me sip my foot in water instead of using hot towel. None of the steps were followed properly. In my 40 years- worst worst experience . She did not let us talk to the owner…. Such a rude lady and kept on mocking. Shamless

Don’t waste your time or money! – Staff are rude, they don’t communicate with you - only each other. Poor quality work. Verbally said “$60” for the service as per the pricing on the website and then charged $65 on the EFTPOS that you can’t see as they only pass you the bit to tap. Have contacted them, they have ZERO care factor. Pedicure shellac - polish cracked within 24hours and started to come off. Sent photos etc and they just don’t care!

Disgusting service – Had 2 prime nails gift cards and every shop we went to didn't want to except them!! Absolutely awful experience!! Never again

Another customer complained about being overcharged and they refused to budge. Beware: prices on their website don't match prices in salon. The manicure itself chipped the same day. (Good manicure usually lasts 2 weeks before chipping). There were walk-ins every 3-4 minutes, 90% got knocked back in such a hostile manner I doubt they'll be back

Worst nail salon ever – Girl doing my pedicure kept grabbing my feet and sighing at me. Toenails are lumpy and poorly done. I had SNS on my fingernails. Worst set ever. Incredibly lumpy and a terrible shape. The tips don't even cover my full nail. After demonstrating the shape I wanted, I was getting laughed at and lots of head shaking. Beware of the cost Victoria Gardens Prime Nails – Their advertising in the centre says the cost of mani pedi shellac is $85, they said they would not honour this. Their brochure states it’s $95 but they insisted I had to pay $100. I have absolutely no idea why. I tried to argue but I just couldn’t be bothered. However it’s the principle. guess I just won’t go back. They also don’t use sterilised equipment which is a much larger issue as nail infections can be horrendous and costly.

Nail Salon From Hell – Was quoted $80 for something priced $55 on their website - after l was seated, l was told "no no it going to cost $100" These gypsy thieves did THE WORST nail job l have ever had. These con artists are expert in swindling & to top it off, their nail expertise is an absolute JOKE! Unevenly shaped - nail art a 3 year old could have achieved better & the uncleanliness of the place defies belief. Would give minus stars if possible. STAY AWAY.
