Was contacted by phone and a proposal provided by [Name Removed] from Prime Solar on the 18th of October. Proposal was accepted and an email received requesting a deposit payment which was paid later that day. Implementation was promised within the month however to date no date has been forthcoming and multiple recent requests for an update have gone unanswered. Prime Solar has many excellent reviews so selecting to go forward with them was an easy decision however my experience since has been anything but positive. I have reach out to [Name Removed] who promised to revert back within the hour with a date for installation back on the 8th of November. I am still waiting. A request to refund my deposit if a date cannot be provided has also been ignored and multiple calls to [Name Removed] ring out and are not returned. I have now had to raise a chargeback with my Bank to recover the deposit payment made for this system. Thankfully I paid the extra they charged for using a card which has allowed me dispute the transaction and claim a refund through my bank.
