The worst company to deal with! They are very quick to take my money..but won't do anything that needs to be done.... they never answer the phone or reply to emails... Been waiting 6 months for a return phone call...
I am an owner of a property and have called and emailed the starta for issues in my unit block for over 12 months. They have never returned any of my ph calls or emails and have lied about following up on issues. Consider a third party investigation into this organisation.
6 years of Poor Management
This company mistreated our executive committee in a similar manner to others in all the other reviews I have read on here , so we held an EGM and everyone agreed to move on to engaging another manager giving them written notice (90 days) to hand over the books and they told us we had acted illegally forcing us to engage a hearing with the CTTT to get our records handed over. The hearing went ahead and our executive committee won the case , I would have to say given the CTTT ruling this would not cast a very positive light on Pristine Living...Management , I have never dealt with such unfriendly rude ignorant management in my entire life. Our new managing agent with a different company is engaging ,friendly , cooperative and experts at communication and positive feedback when making enquiries regarding repairs and maintenance. If this is so easy to do why couldn't Pristine Living Management do it ?
No integrity! Zero responsibility! Very bad attitude, stop engaging them!!!
The strata manager didn't bother to contact me, the owner of the property. After sending levies to the wrong address and certainly, I never received a levy notice, but they send me to court! It's ridiculous. I'm suing them.
Stop do not engage with this people!!!
Unfortunately our strata plan had the chance to work with this people for three consecutive years
owing to contract binding clauses.
Everything started smooth ( first 6 months ) after that the service level was beyond ridiculous.
Senior manager constantly on annual leave, sick of not available.
Constant junior staff turnover with no accountability or knowledge about the business.
Urgent request taking months or even years to be resolved.
The only time the services level went back to normal was when a family member from the team
returned to the office from maternity leave.
Our overall experience was a disaster and seriously the licence to trade for this Strata Manager should be taken away.

Ms [name removed], claims to be our strata Mgr, we have never heard from her regarding repairs & other requests, let alone met her. NEVER RETURNS our calls, always conveniently 'just left the office' ! Rude, arrogant, defensive,unprofessional & inconsiderate.
Still awaiting a response for three years, & she still hasn't got the respect or decency to answer my calls.
What a joke ! Do not employ these people & give the yr monwy for the I commission.

High on promise, low on delivery.
Pristine are quick to charge, yet slow on service and have poor attention to detail.
Their financial record keeping is terrible - too many examples to list.
Their service on maintenance issues was poor. When the head strata manager is absent, which was often in our case, nothing gets done. Many promises to improve service led to disappointment after disappointment.... and that was just in the first 6 months.

Crap is all I can say about this Company. They try to bluff you and bully you into paying for things that are their responsibility such as common property repairs and engaging a Technician at your own expense to repair outside phone lines and will only back down when you call in a Lawyer. They leave properties in a state of disrepair while continuing to cleect ever-inflationary Strata Fees Crap
What a turnaround!
We have been with Pristine for a number of years now and were on the verge of transferring to another strata managing agent as nothing was being done for months at a time. The new strata manager Wenna is absolutely amazing- she ensures that everything is done on time at the time frame given, returns every email and phone call whether you're an owner or a tenant- she treats everyone as an equal.
After the roof was fixed she even called up to make sure that I was happy with the repairs done and if I wasn't- she'll make them come back and fix it before she even pays them! That's the kind of strata manager you want managing your home, someone who treats your hard earnt money like their own.
The strata never solve any problems, not replying emails and calls, treating customers dishonestly and irresponsibly. They take the highest strata, but give worst service. They are worse than terrible.
Horrible! The worst strata ever! Extremely rude manager! They won't return your emails; if something happened, they will just say, we didn't receive any emails from you. Even when you call, the secretary will ask you to wait while the manager is in her room and not answering your call, wasting your time. After a long wait, the manager picked up the phone, but won't give you any help. She will just say "No, you can't." "No, you have to..." If you feel it's unfair and try to explain more, the manager just kept talking and won't give you the chanc...e to talk back. One thing they are super good at, is to deny the responsibility they should take. Oh I almost forgot their management charging, raised 180% in 2 years. So, anyone who is thinking about signing up for this company...please don't!!! bad service, tend to raise the tension between owners instead of solving the problems

I really don’t have the time to note down everything that has happened, all negative reviews on this page are in line with my experience. Not returning calls, not actioning requests, pure lack of professionalism.
Each year our AGM is hosted by a different person, when we ask for answers as to why the requests of last year were not processed we get the response of "I didn’t conduct last year’s meeting I’ll have to look into that and get back to you", needless to say, they will never get back to you.

Horrible Pristine Living Services
I cannot possibly conceive that companies like this are legally allowed to operate. They never action any requests, never answer calls, the fail to action requests made at AGMs. They perpetuate their services by colluding with one or more EC members and try to sow antagonism amongst owners. Divide and conquer. They rise their fees by 5% each year no questions asked, only thing they do is to renew insurance as they get kick-backs, they charge everything separate, calls, stationary, bookkeeping, etc unlike most strata manages which offer a single...fee structure. We pay over $8K a year adding up all these charges. Majority approved to terminate them but they are arguing the process we followed is not legal. They have numerous breaches as there are many repairs to do and they are "waiting" for quotes for months. How come Strata MGMT Institute and Fair Trading do not act to revoke their lisense? bad service, negligent, expensive
Worst Strata Service Ever
I am not surprised that there are multiple negative reviews on their services. I have dealt with them in the past and they did not follow up my calls, their fees are higher than anyone else I have ever used and they are very unprofessional. I don't know if it's because a family company or not, but I away stay away from this company at all costs. Even their book keeping is questionable.

This company gives strata management a bad name. Our fees went up 20% each year. They preferred to start arguments rather than solve problems. They called in their lawyers against the owners and made us pay. They were appointed by the developer and even he did not use them again. Thankfully, we are now rid of them and our problems are being solved.
Start with modest fees but then builds up administrative costs to 200%. Does not answer phone calls. Ignores instructions from executive committee. Will stir up owner issues rather than be neutral. Very difficult to remove. Then they just quit one day after docking tens of thousands of dollars in fees.
Worst Service Possible
Pristine Living Management Pty Ltd is the worst strata company I have dealt with! They poorly manage our property, and do not follow through on requests for repairs or maintenance, which is their duty! They are rude, unresponsive and do not reply to emails or phone calls. The whole owners corporation wants to sack them for mismanagement! Appoint them at your own peril!
