bad as f – Took 6 days to tell me that my order is out of stock. Sent me a refund email but no refund actually. Prepare to waste your time to contact your bank and the customer court if you decide to shop from here.

You'd be hard pressed to find a worse operator! (aka Mega Sourcing) – [name removed] was unbelievably rude. Terrible customer service. Had an issue with my purchase and [name removed] spoke to me like I was stupid and it took ages for them to actually fix their poor workmanship on my computer. Do yourself a favour and buy from ANYONE else...even if they are more expensive. Believe me I would have paid much more to… Read more

avoid all the hassle. Will never in a million years buy from this dodgy mob again. Regarding their sports products, I'd like to be they are counterfeit.

proracquets.com.au aka mega sourcing auburn DON'T ORDER ONLINE – Stay away from their online store. Most of their badminton rackets aren't actually in stock (even though it says in stock) and they only order them once you pay them. They also don't reply to anything. It took them 3 days after I paid to reply that they were waiting for stock. When you ask for a refund they straight up just ignore it. Be prepared… Read more

to call your bank for a chargeback or contact the consumer court (as mentioned from another reviewer)

Quote from an insider: "Yes, I know Proracquet. They do not have much stocks of badminton gears. Most of their badminton gears are very old stocks. They focus on selling Lego and other non-badminton stuff."

Very dodgy operator, won't deal with them again!!! – Bought a Yonex (top of the range) racquet from them a year ago. Played only one game and the racquet broke. Went to the shop to get a replacement, the shopkeeper 'snatched' the racquet, as if I did something deliberately wrong, took out a magnifying glass from the drawer and scanned the entire racquet. Then said 'ok will send to Yonex for… Read more

replacement'. Trusting his words I got back home, weeks passed and I thought to follow up with a phone call but that was futile. with broken English and no phone mannerism, i started emailing them. I noted the change of tone from ásking me to wait' to 'threatening'.

Finally had to lodge complaint via the consumer court to get the moneys refunded.

I will not deal with these dodgy guys again.

My friends at my club say that they mix up duplicates and originals and it is hard to figure them out...

Proracquets.com.au - Mega Sourcing Auburn - Dodgy service. Buy at own Risk!! – Purchased two sets of strings for racquets. Took the last packet that was in its original packaging and another one that they cut off from the reel which they assured me was 'exactly the same'. Got home, started with the non official one first, found out it was not long enough to do the racquet. Measured the string, which was only about 9.3m… Read more

rather than the official 10m. Might not seem much but the 0.7m was enough to determine if the racquet can be strung or not using a machine.

Called them asking for a replacement and they went on to say every string was measured first and cut so would not have a problem, that every string would be the same as it was the official one. I told them repeatedly that if it was exactly the same then for starters why wasn't the length the same as the official ones? I did the other one (in the official packaging) perfectly fine. They then went on about how I must've wasted some strings - basically accusing me of lying - all in broken English of course. I said I will go back to the shop and return it in which they promptly hung up.

Now, I have not dealt with them previously but judging from their appalling customer service for a $6 piece of string - I can guarantee you that their service will be just as appalling if not more so for their other higher priced items. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this dodgy place.
