because apparently there wasn’t one. It wasn’t until I threatened to contact Consumer Affairs and the police that I was told the subcontractor was holding multiple customers’ rugs. I then got a call that same day saying they could deliver mine. I said bring it now. They said they’d call me back. They never did. I happened to see the van while walking my dogs, walked back home for the rug to be dropped off. The driver apologised, said he didn’t work for them anymore, and told me not to open it for 2 days. I demanded a refund and got it. When I finally opened the rug, it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Absolutely shocking service from start to finish.

Aren't these guys lucky they don't have a Google profile because if I had seen it there is no way I would have booked with them. when already in the building threatening a callout fee if we didn't go ahead with the inflating pricing. Advised the clean for the mattress would go from $120 to $300. When I asked for a basic clean, they recommended a scotch spray instead which cost $120 for a spray bottle spray lasting less than 10 minutes. The payment was then made via a bank transfer. Avoid these scam artists at all costs.

Inflated prices, impossible to get an invoice. Paid $132 for a carpet clean of two rooms, was essentially sprayed down only. Done in less than 10 mins. Delayed attending on multiple occasions, so I waited at the property for four hours across two days for them to even turn up. Impossible to get a receipt out of them despite 6 calls and 3 emails. Useless.

Zero do not get this service and do not be fooled they use pro steam geelong to get customer! I was quoted 120 for mattress and lounge and got pressured on the spot 300 for the the mattress and compromised to 180 and when we checked the mattress it stink which it wasnt before and made the stain worst! SHE finished the job in 15 mins! May i say the rudest person too. Contacted them to get it redone. But just keep getting stuffed!

Agree that it was definitely a scam. I was quoted online $250 for 3 bedrooms , 2 living rooms and a passageway. On arrival I was told my living rooms would be the cost of 2 rooms each so I compromised not to have the bedrooms done, but still it was going to more than $600. cash which I did not agreed to, but had to do a bank transfer. She was in the house for half an hour, 40 mins tops. No vacuuming beforehand. Very uncomfortable situation. I certainly do not recommend this company.

person left within approximately 10 minutes and blocked my phone. The homeowner has confirmed no steam cleaning was performed and no drying equipment was used. The website displays dynamic number rerouting and inconsistent contact details, and the payment account name does not match the advertised business. I believe this constitutes impersonation fraud and a bait-and-inflate scam resulting in payment under false pretences.

We received a quote to steam clean our carpets which we accepted. 'clean' as the carpet didn't look or smell like it had been cleaned. we rang to express our disappointment and we were told someone would come and look at it by the end of the day. No one came. The next day we rang to question this and they had no record of our call. They asked us to send photo evidence, which we did. We did not receive any acknowledgement of the information sent. Later that day we followed up with them regarding the information we sent and they had no record of that conversation either. We asked to speak to a manager and they said they'd get someone to call us back. No one called back. This has gone on for a week and today when we rang and questioned them, they hung up on us. We feel we have been scammed and don't want anyone else to go through the same experience- do not use them!
