than 6 hours. I arrived at my partners house at 10:30 at night and by the time I come out in the morning my vehicle has been clamped by Auto Clamp at 8:03am. Auto Clamp will not remove the clamps without payment (and argumentative staff), pro-active strata will not speak to anyone other than owners. Fortunately the property manager is very responsive, but still two days later and the clamps are still on many vehicles. This property has a large volume of rental accommodation made available under the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) for low income earners. Unfortunately, the amendment to legislation has not yet passed, despite it being inevitable (Road Traffic Amendment (Immobilization, Towing and Detention of Vehicles) Bill 2020). Pro-active Strata refuse to engage in the matter.
Absolutely terrible, my car got broken into twice in the complex and they email me – I stayed in so many apartments before I purchase an apartment in LINQ, Northbridge, my car got broken into twice in a year. We paid so much for the strata fee, and what I expect is a secure environment, helpful and responsible management team. Strata managers that do not know their job but increases levies – We had been with this strata company for some years. Current issue is that they are not doing their job and is really rude when contacting them to rectify damages to the property that shpuld2 be covered by the strata insurance. They had come up with stupid excuses that shift the onus to the owners when it is clearly a strata insurance claim. … Read more
They put in their claims poorly to the insurance company and of course the claims will be rejected because all factual account were not given to them.
We wish we could change strata managers and all they have done is increase the levies years and open a `sinking fund` that seems to be sinking all our monies.

Excellent strata manager – Yvonne and proactive have been very professional company to deal with. All emails are responded to straight away and all help requests for maintenance people are immediately answered. Yvonne also knows all the strata laws inside out and is always ready to answer questions no matter how stupid. Will happily recommend Proactive to any future strata complexes and have already referred them to friends and colleagues.
Getting worse – Can you imagine that you received a new quarterly levy without AGM? (Again the Fair trading rules). For those customers out there who always ask questions, please don't bother to consider this agent. As the manager is too competent and busy to answer the "minor" details for you.
Terrible experience! Stay away of this strata! – We had a really bad experience with Proactive Strata Services @ West Ryde. locked contracts with contractors for extended periods on behalf of the owners, some of them for 5 years. We were provided with fake minutes for a meeting, that was not hold.
Stay away of this strata. Never ever sign long terms contracts with any strata companies. Fair strata companies would not ask you to do it and provide all your expenses on their website for you.
