Do not use unless you like to be robbed! Overcharged by purposely using threatening tactics that the load is too big/more than quoted and lying to me regarding the truck dimensions. It was not until the track arrived to unload (after I was mislead and forced to pay extra at pick up), that I measured the truck size which revealed the scam they run… Read more
on me. I had been following up on a refund for two weeks now with NO - ZERO responses to any of my emails. Thieves and scammers! AVOID!
Agree with everyone’s comments below. They are the most unprofessional and unreliable company we have ever used. They are a marketing company, not a removalist company and they don’t have a clue! We were packing up our four bedroom home and they subcontracted out the work to two subcontractors that didn’t even get the full job specs. They rocked… Read more
up with no tools (as they didn’t realise they needed to assemble and disassemble furniture), or pack up our kitchen. Both of these additions were included in the quote as part of a fixed rate. These poor guys worked up until 1am in the morning moving our furniture as they weren’t given the right information.
After the job was done I never received any information about what to pay and how to pay. Finally I received an invoice for an amount greater than what was initially quoted. After trying to contact this company by phone over 10 times, sending emails and waiting for someone to return my call to clarify the quote, I am still waiting for an itemised breakdown of what the invoice is for and what the additional charges are for. For any subcontractor company that has been contacted about doing a removalist job avoid this company like the plague as they will rip you off. For anyone looking to book these guys for a move don’t bother as you will be irritated and disappointed.
yea BOY - theyre the worst. their conversation is somewhat absurd & limited & they dont even realise. Be sure to expect to pay at least twice as much as a quote- theyre over priced over charge & under perform... worse than that they attempt to intimidate for exorbitant rates, which doesnt get them far, by taking a seat & waiting for payment before they move on to their next suck... DO NOT USE. SCAMMERS!!! Booked me in but never came, they wouldn’t refund my deposit neither. Beware they go by another name of NoLimits Removals
Absolutely horrendous, do not use these dodgy operators. Ordered a 10 tonne truck, showed up with a 4 tonne truck, then they couldn't fit all the required furniture and had to do two trips, so we ended up paying extra because of the two trips. I am going to completely destroy their reputation.
Late April 2025 I approached professional movers to move my two bedroom apartment furniture to a retirement village approximately 5 km away. The removalist were an hour and a half late. They had not been told that they needed to pack as well as truck drive. The job took 14 1/2 hours. The removalists were very polite and hard-working but the… Read more
owners of the business were dishonest. I was disgusted.Do not use this removal company as they are dodgy dishonest and unprofessional. The major problem was total lack of communication between the booking office and the removalists.

Cost me $610 to move a 1 bedder furniture from Ryde to Rouse Hill. $200 deposit. Initial 2hrs $300, subsequent $100/hr. They are slow ant movers. Not only that, broke my kids chair; drag my 2 newly bought mattress protection carrier so it's torn,… Read more
suppose to lift and carry with handles; broke storage box lid x2 out of 4. I ask for compensation, only $50! Replacement of broken items cost $126.
Too bad read these bad reviews late. Yes, DO NOT USE THEM
Follow-up · Communication was pretty good. Truck fits essential white goods but small appliances needs to be packed.into boxes yourself. They do not pack anything nor use anything to protect your items.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! I had a move booked, the drivers where 1hr 40m late, I paid the agreed deposit and was to pay an extra $155 30 mins before the move was completed - they then sent me a invoice / payment link for $533 the movers were there for 1hour. Then they were taking my things to their storage facility, I have not been able to get the… Read more
location of my goods - apparently no one in this company knows where their storage facility is. It’s been a week now and I still do not know the location of my things - they are so dodgy, provide written and verbal quotes and confirmation but still try to charge you extra … the worst company I have ever dealt with!
Ignore what you see above - it's 0 stars from me. Calling themselves "Professional Movers" is an absolute lie, and it's all downhill from there. Where do I begin? They gave me 4 different time windows and missed all of them, not arriving until after 10pm when they'd initially said 3-6pm. They never contacted me about these delays either, it… Read more
was always me calling to ask why they weren't on time. That was frustrating and disruptive, but that alone wasn't enough to motivate me to write a review. What did? The damage and the unprofessional handling of the matter (ie, shirking responsibility for the damage they caused).
I let these movers into my home, and then I had to leave, in no small part because they were hours past the initial timeframe that they'd given me. I left my home, moved interstate, and did not return for about 3 months. Upon my return, I immediately noticed that there was damage to my cabinetry that could only have been caused by the movers. All was fine and in working order when I left, and the movers were the only people inside my home between when I left until when I returned. This isn't small damage either, it's multiple hinges broken off a bifold door such that it was left hanging from the guide rail (see photo). I reported it to "Professional" Movers within 24 hours: * I was told by phone to send an email. * I sent an email with photos and was asked for the exact date of the move (as though my name and email address weren't enough to look it up?). * I told them the exact date and then was ignored for a week. * I followed up twice only to be asked for the job number (again, this just seems like needless time-wasting), * and then when I looked up and told them the job number, I was informed that the date of the move was too long ago for them to take responsibility (so why did they need the job number then?).
Here's the issue - the reason I didn't report the damage sooner was because their movers wilfully did not report it to anyone. If they had notified me, as "professionals" would be expected to do, I would have submitted my claim. Their cover-up is what prevented me from submitting a claim sooner. They want to use one wrongdoing to excuse them from being accountable for the other wrongdoing - unacceptable.
Do yourself a favour - take a chance on any other moving company, because these people are unprofessional and unethical.
This company is extremely dodgy and dishonest. Do NOT use them. They also go by the name of No Limits Removalists. The works are SLOW and unreliable. They were due in the morning and arrived at 5:30 pm!!! It was dark. They did not have the shrink wrap they advertised to protect items. The blankets were dropped on the ground in the mud. The 2 men… Read more
complained they were tired as they had been working since 7 am. I was pressured to pay more than I was quoted. Please spread the word.
