$34,000 Kitchen Quote – Made an appointment in October. Layed out what I was wanting. Waited and waited for a quote to come through. No customer service. You have to chase them every time more than once to get any reply's. Finally got a quote for $34,000. Kitchen quote didn't even allow for a sink or ovens. That had to be corrected. bench tops instead of my 2 choices. Ended up going elsewhere. The end quote came in at $11,000 less than Proform's with no hassles at all. All in all I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. They just don't care.

Not so perfect – Our initial experience with Proform was excellent. They have a great showroom and staff were friendly and helpful. However as the design progressed we found ourselves reviewing every revision of the drawings closely as there were many discrepancies. be installed with the correct clearances even though the make and model number was provided. This resulted in an additional cost above the accepted quoted price. Our biggest issue is with the pantry door because it doesn't close unless you push it firmly. Occasionally the door will pop open. Proform have told us that the design of the fittted hinges want allow soft closing and nothing can be done about it. Proform have attended on three occasions to try and rectify this and have now given up. A design flaw by Proform that detracts from an overall quality job. We expected that a company as big as Proform would ensure the end result is perfect and the customer is happy.

I now have the kitchen I have always dreamed of…Matt, the installer, was fantastic too and because he takes pride in his work, the end result is fantastic… we just could not be happier. Whilst a flat pack kitchen would have been cheaper, the end result would not have been this amazing and we are so happy we decided to spend more and get EXACTLY what we wanted, which we couldn’t do with a flat pack… the old saying, “you get what you pay for…” is certainly true here… and we do not feel we have paid too much at all; the quality of the work is outstanding for the price…Thanks so much Proform, we could not be happier… t’n’t xx”

Job well done – My new proform kitchen was installed yesterday from start to finish the professional way in which anthony ben and the staff at proform performed was exceptional peter who installed the kitchen was very good and had the kitchen done in no time i would highly recommend proform and should the need arise i wouldent hesitant to use them again job well done from a very satisfied customer

Proform Kitchen – Very pleased with the design and quality of our Proform kitchen. Anthony's design suggestions were exactly what we needed to achieve the long term functionality we required. We met with Anthony on numerous occasions to finalise design and colour selection and each time he was very patient and gave us several options to choose from. Quality and installation first class. Excellent value for money.

good instillation poor contact – my kitchen was installed by proform, it was installed well with no problems but when i wanted to extend the bench top, i could not get a hold of anybody for a long time and the 2 times i did i was assured i would be contacted back and am yet to be contacted

Love my kitchen! – Proform installed my kitchen more than 3 years ago now. I just saw this review page so thought I would add my feedback too. I love my kitchen to bits! It all went very smoothly with no problems. 3 years on and it is all still looking and working really well. I would definitely use them again or recommend them.  Show reply

Great kitchen, great price and great service!! – I have read the previous reviews and I wonder if we are talking about the same company. Proform have just finished installing my kitchen and it looks awesome! I received great service from start to finish. The product was to an excellent standard. to show you all. We have used Proform in every house we have lived in. This is kitchen number 3!! Never had any problems. I would definitely recommend Proform to my friends and family!

Top Quality Displays, but Ikea Finishes – I had a new kitchen, bathroom, laudnry and wardrobes done by Proform in the middle of 2013. I was pleased with the sell and the price, but I also experienced long delays in installation and stuff that wasnt finished properly and it took them ages to return. I thought that I was paying for good quality, but what I got was misaligned doors, kickers that werent installed properly and latches that dont shut. Also when they were sealing the basins, they got the silicone everywhere and botched up the clean up job.

Im now sure I could of got a cheaper price better quality kitchen and install from Ikea. Sad I had to find out the hard way The initial contact all seemed positive Long delays, damaged cupboards, they dont accept responsibiltiy and they get pretty angry when you try to get things fixed

Long delays, weak excuses, chipped bench tops, banging doors – Proform kitchens have recently completed a new kitchen for us. Our home is an older home and it replaced an outdated one. were fed a bunch of excuses and then when they did install, they sent a bunch of thugs to install it. We've ended up with chipped laminate bench tops and a couple of doors that don't close properly and it looks like we isntalled in ourselves!

Of course they're not interested now and aren't returning our calls, which has made the whole experience more distressing Good sell, nice displays, lots of yes's don't care attitude, long delays, poor install damaging things as they went, shabby results
