Avoid at all costs they have removed all their review recently on google aswell. Young painter is rude doesn't seem to care at all. Windows were painted shut and incomplete work as well as paint splashes all over the floor. would not recommend using this company they're cheap for a reason.

Do not work here – Micro managers. After 2 months you will already be insane by too much micro managing you by the managers. It’s not worth it. My say, don’t work here. We spend long hours working and this is not a happy place. Disappointed, frustrated and stressed.

progressed reasonably well. There was virtually no mess. I thought, "gee, that's pretty good". The big day came for the sign off when the committee members met with a Contractor representative. on the day, many errors were discovered because of careless work, mainly to do with cutting corners and poor preparation. Paint literally peeled off door ways like glad wrap, with no prep what so ever. Then worse. Checking the colour chips, it was realized that many colours were substituted, left out or just plainly wrong. We had a professional colour consultant prepare the scheme with names and colour chips for all the work. Walls, wrought iron, doors and door surrounds, lobby area internal walls and ceilings etc. after a year we still haven't been able to get PPS back to rectify the work after they agreed to do so, as of writing 12/7/21 When the door frame paint peeled off in our fingers, the representative tried to argue the point but stopped when a further 8 other door fames at random all peeled off. in addition, only one coat had been applied and could be seen through to the underlying colour. Fixing this work will require a huge inconvenience to all residents over and above what they endured first time because the new top coat will likely need a solvent to remove, (or just peel it off) all new sanding back through old enamel, correct priming, possibly an etch primer first and then the subsequent prescribed two top coats.

i hope my alert is helpful to other owner corporations when deciding on who they will and will not appoint.

the two stars are for errors and a partial showing for all the post painting defects. otherwise they could have earnt a 4-5 based on the new look.

Under paid me – Programmed underpaid me during whole duration of my employment. They wrote a letter 2 months ago that I was owned money until this day it hasn't been paid back. Very dishonest employer. Never will I engage with these criminals.

Finally a trustworthy trade based company in Darwin – After using programmed at our school for grounds maintenance for the last 5 years, we engaged them to repaint our school and maintain on a on going annual basis. Both dealings have been very professional, staff actually wanting to be there and considerate of our school, the children and our staff. In the NT it is very hard to find quality tradespeople and this company has that in spades 5 star

Big company that cares only about money – I spoke to a worker in my neighbourhood when I saw him doing something unethical. After a brief discussion he instructed me to "Go and screw myself". I rang the company and they said that he would be spoken to and that I would receive a letter of apology. That never came. I would never do business with a company who employs such rude people and would recommend others against doing so.

You get what you pay for! Reliable

the builder to get the driver to move the truck which was fine, he did come up to the door to apologise to my wife saying he didnt think anyone was living here. yeah right!

Anyway i was given the building supervisors details to follow up with and after inspecting our backyard noticed the concrete pit cover was broken as the truck had driven over it! The supervisor assured me he would get his maintenance people to come and fix it up straight away. 2 weeks went by and i hadn't heard anything so i called the supervisor back and again was advised that he had been in touch with the company but they were unable to help, he then suggested he would get in touch with a much more reliable company, Programmed Property Services, and that he would ensure they followed this up.

Another couple of weeks went by and i had yet to receive a call from the supervisor or Programmed Property Services so i again called the supervisor and was advised that he thought it was all fixed up so i queried this asking who had told him this? He then said well as i havent heard back from you he assumed it was fixed! I was already pretty annoyed at this so i asked him for the contact at PPS and was given one of the supervisors numbers. My first call went without a response for a week or so so i called back again and spoke to this supervisor who advised me he would send someone around within the next week or so to check it out.

I gave them about 2 weeks and surprise suprise no one had come to check it out and i couldnt get an answer on the number i had so called the site supervisor back and was given another supervisors details. I called him to try and get a resolution to this situation and was again told that someone would be calling me back within the next week to make an appointment. It was close to 2 weeks when i finally got the call and was told how busy they all are but would be at my place the following week so we made an appointment. On the day of the appoinment nobody showed up and i couldnt get through to anyone on the phone number so i left a couple of messages.

This type of behavious went on and on until finally the boss came around, took a look at what this was all about and muttered something about this was a waste of his time! I asked him to explain what he meant by me wasting "his" time but he said i heard wrong! He then clearly advised me that this was a pretty easy fix but as the builder would be paying he had to check with them. I made it very clear that if it wasnt ok with them why would they have given me his number! He then suggested that he would get the ok and would send someone to fix it in the 2 - 3 weeks. This was all very vague but i figured now that he has at least seen the damage it would finally be fixed, not the case though!!

Call after call went unanswered or replied to. I got through to the boos after weeks and weeks on nothing only to be told they were still waiting to hear back. I suggested that didnt sound quite right and if it was why hadnt anyone bothered to call me to which his reply was we're all to busy as this was a busy time for them!!

All this went on for over 9 months, i bet you wont be suprised to know this is still the same and not one of these cowboys have even bothered to call or anything! I see their vehicles around my estate so clearly they are in my area but obviously this job doesnt merit their energy!! Just another dodgy company who tell lie after lie and treat the average joe with disrespect!!!

I certainly wouldnt be enlisting Programmed Property Services to complete even the most simple of tasks and i have no hesitation of letting everyone know!!
