Absolutely No Regard For Renters – If only there was less than 1 star! Only been with real estate since 22 Dec 24. On arrival, aircon didn't work. They went on Christmas leave on the 21st until the 6th Jan. New tenant, thought I'd better not rock the boat. I'm a shiftworker and need aircon to sleep but there were zero provisions for 'routine' repairs so I left it. Started bugging them on the 6th. Nothing. Then again, nothing, and again and again. Nothing. Then the included fridge broke on Thursday the 16th. Reported it. It was acknowledged. On the 17th I tried calling them all day and emailed all day, I was throwing food out. Nothing. Wouldn't answer the phone. They finally emailed me at 5 30pm after business hours. Told me to turn a fan on and no help about the broken fridge I've been left all weekend with. All of my food has been thrown out now. I'm paying $525/wk and it's an 18mth lease. What have I done! I start nightshifts this week. On the 22nd it will be a full month that the aircon has been broken. What really is the legal definition of 'reasonable' time?

Incredible Agency – I've had nothing but EXCELLENT service from the team at Property Inc! They have a person centered approach which doesn't go unnoticed compared to other agencies. If given the opportunity I would rent with them again.

A Poor Experience – Unfortunately, having this company manage a couple of my properties has been a terrible experience. Maintenance issues were just not followed up by the agent, despite repeated reminders and requests for a response. Inspections and inspection reports were of an extremely low standard (ie. they basically didnt bother looking around for issues, and the reports mainly just stated "good" or blank), so they would report that the house is in good condition but I would find out otherwise when I inspected myself. The result is that it costs me money (and annoys tenants) as issues worsen over time. The worst part is, when I elevated my concerns to the bosses (Katie and Michael) that issues were being missed, they just terminated management instead of improving their standards! My overall impression is that they just want easy money without having to put the effort in that's required of a professional property manager.
