Did a great job for us! – We had PMG for 2 1/2 years and they did a great job of finding reliable renters for us - never had a late payment, etc. Best of all, sorted out all bond and repair issues seamlessly for us. Thank you!

Extremely satisfied with their service – PMG has been managing my sons property for the last 2 years. George and his staff do an extremely great job sending us photos and inspection reports every 3 months. Very much appreciated and satisfied.

Nightmare starts – Never deal with this company, extremely stressful! It’s a nightmare experience. If there’s a word that can be used for the worst service in the world, I will definitely use this word to summerise this company. It should not exist!

Minus score if it was allowed - Avoid at all costs – From a renters perspective... rented though them for two years. Always paid all rent and utilities in advance or on time. no consistency with this agent. Never saw the same person for the quarterly inspections. They would lie and intimidate to get you to extend lease, months before it was due. I had had enough and wouldn't renew, glad I'm out.

If you do rent through them, make sure you keep copies of everything. They raised an issue 2 months after an inspection and threatened to evict, I proved the issue was a non-issue by emailing them copies of the inspection report questioning their motives and calling their bluff.

I would never do any kind of business with them again...

If I was a home owner wanting to rent my place, I would not use them at all. Pay the extra and get a real property manager. You will be wasting your money if you do.

Should do their tenant research better – Land owners, avoid this mob. Pay a few hundred dollars a year more for property management that is willing to do their tenant research properly, and act decisively with regards to problem tenants. Much better chance of getting good tenants and avoiding aggravation from frustrated neighbours.

Avoid at all cost – Don't answer calls, don't respond to emails, lie. The worst company i have ever dealt with without doubt. They are a joke [name removed] is a liar. [name removed]...no better Don't bother.

BAD COMPANY TO WORK FOR – Really bad place to work for with a high employees turnover, no trust from the owner to anyone. Terrible work environment

Don't think your getting a good rate for service!! – Have 2 properties under management with this group and thought I was getting a fantastic deal when signing up as they stated that they do everything that the other management companies do just at a slightly lower cost. costing me more in the long run than the savings that I made by the reduced 5.5% management rate, with lost invoices for payment and constant chasing of accounts.

Word to the wise save yourself a headache and pay the extra 1 or 2% for a real property manager!!

Terrible – If I could give these guys a minus 1 I would! If they have a house you want to rent, run for the hills. It is not worth the heartache. property manager came to look and see the visible sparks. He told me to be careful because if I touched it it would probably kill me, yet still allowed the landlord to refuse to pay for an electrician and fix it themselves.

When leaving, I did everything I could to allow them access to do inspections for potential tenants. They would call me on the day of wanting to bring someone while I was at work and expect me to have the house clean. On one occasion they even let people through without asking me at all, when my mum rang to enquire why they would do that she was verbally abused by a woman in their office.

I can not stress strongly enough how much you should not rent or lease your property through this company.

Will not repair anything. No communication. Utterly hopeless and unprofessional.
