Hi there "Mum of Two" your claims are baseless and untrue. It is unfortunate that, as the tenant, you have to move out at the end of your lease. You did damage the property, which was cross-checked against your entry condition report, in fact, to a few parts of the property. Your husband did agree with us and your owner to pay for the damages. But now you have changed your mind because you have been issued a "notice to leave", by another property management agency; not us. Unfortunately, the other agency did not issue you a new lease as per the instructions we handed over on and before settlement. We are not sure how you believe this is our fault? We did, in fact, pay for part of your damage, which was the missing flyscreen, which you still claim you knew nothing about, and became aggressive once brought up. Once you got issued the 'notice to leave' Your husband called us begging us to help you because you had booked a family holiday back to the Philippines in December at Christmas time, which we can understand is expensive plus moving costs. We have since offered to pay half of your bill, but you continue with your barrage of harassment and negative reviews. If it makes you feel better to keep leaving bad reviews, please do as you wish; we will continue to respond to your reviews in the correct way so the general public and people who are reading understand and read both sides. Wow [Name Removed] you are really outdoing yourself with all your lies. We actually have proof and screenshots of to prove all these. Event that cupboard trimmings? We have informed you about it and even your associate have noted it. Those were damaged even before we got there. You even blamed us for the window screen located at the second floor which was clearly not our fault if the storm and strong wind last Christmas 2023 caused it to be removed. Even the tradies had a hard time climbing the roof from the outside reaching that window. That window cannot be opened from the inside even. You have misled us to believe there was a new lease and we have proof to prove that. You have bypassed [Name Removed] (the current real estate agent) and even told us she was incompetent. You basically bad mouth her to us as well. There were many instances that you did us wrong and it would me a whole day to write it. We are not the only ones you have wronged. You have a reputation of making tenants pay for something they shouldn’t have. We are not the only ones. But you have THREATENED AND BLACKMAILED them to remove the bad reviews. To all reading this, do really want to associate yourself and work with a vile, dishonest and unprofessional person like her? Do you really want to entrust your property to her knowing that bad karma will come back to her soon and it will not be good for you and your business.

Since a lot of people are viewing and liking this review, I received notifications and that horrendous experience we had with V of Property Sphere came back to our memory. Do not be deceived by this woman. A pathological liar. She said we damaged the property? A hilarious and stupid lie! How can you say that when first the “damages” you ranted were actually documented (we have photos and sent email to them when we moved) They were there before we even moved. They did not fix it and she put the blame on us. Good thing I have those on record. Sent it to your face! Also the other one was the outside screen (which was unreachable from the inside) which was removed caused by the storm December 2023. Even the workers who fixed it needed to get a ladder and fix the screen from the outside of the house. Do you also know that this property manager bad mouthed other property managers/ businesses? When the rental management of the property was taken over by another real estate agency, she bypassed them many times. She talked to us fed us with lies but little did we know she actually did not have rights to do that. She called the other property managers “idiot”. How unprofessional! Also do you know we were at the hospital I just gave birth to our baby and this woman called us to inform about an open house. My baby was two weeks old and she had heaps of people in and out of our home. No compassion at all and no common sense! Not only one open house but I think three or four times! We had to beg her to please delay a bit as our baby is newborn. Also this would just prove the property was not damaged! It was immaculate in fact the house has been sold isn’t it? These are only few of the lies and horrible experiences we had from this woman. I can’t believe there is such person as evil as her. How can you sleep at night?
