was far from satisfactory. We had to constantly remind [Name Removed] of our brief, reject the options she provided because they did not meet our criteria, and endure her lack of understanding or acceptance of our needs and preferences. When we shared our concerns with the Relationship Manager, [Name Removed], and the owner, [Name Removed], our issues were not adequately addressed. Instead, they were dismissed despite the evidence I presented from our email interactions. I would not recommend the services of this company to anyone. I seriously question the 5-star rating they boast on their website. Ultimately, it was our own research that led us to the property we ended up purchasing. [Name Removed] claimed this property was on her radar, but if that were true, why didn't she present it to us? We wasted valuable time sifting through links of properties from RealEstate.com.au that [Name Removed] sent us, only to find that they did not meet our brief. She was lazy, unprepared, and at times, rude. Her advice was neither professional nor knowledgeable. Instead of listening to us or reading our brief, she presented us with whatever she could find. She wasted our time and energy instead of saving it.
Specific examples of [Name Removed]'s unprofessional behaviour include: 1. Ignoring our brief: Despite multiple reminders, [Name Removed] consistently provided property options that did not align with our specified criteria. This showed a lack of attention to detail and disregard for our preferences. 2. Lack of preparation: [Name Removed] often sent us links to properties without any prior vetting, leading to wasted time and effort on our part. Her approach was haphazard and unprofessional. 3. Rudeness: On several occasions, [Name Removed]'s tone in communication was dismissive and rude. Instead of addressing our concerns constructively, she often brushed them aside. 4. Unprofessional advice: [Name Removed]'s recommendations lacked depth and insight. Her advice did not reflect a thorough understanding of the property market or our needs. 5. Failure to present suitable properties: Despite claiming that certain properties were on her radar, [Name Removed] failed to present them to us in a timely manner, further questioning her competence and commitment to our brief.
