Worst agency on the Central Coast – Worst real estate agency I’ve ever dealt with. Reached out to an agent - no response for over a week. When I gave feedback, I got rudeness and threats of being banned (which, honestly, I’d welcome). Switched to another agency that was actually professional.

Unethical Agents – Property Central tried to guilt me to do business with them by talking about a death in their family. I had a look at the agent’s Facebook, there was never even a death in their family, they just used it as a sales strategy. That’s completely unethical and unprofessional.

The best Real Estate agents – Jorden Carrick sold our house at Lisarow. Very professional. Kept us informed at all times. Recommend highly.

Don’t ever consider Property Central Erina. Worst Real Estate Agent and company in the Central Coast – We are buyers and offered over $20,000 above any other offer on a property and never received a second call from the agent handling this sale. The vendor missed out on a higher sale for their property due to the lack of professional conduct and poor communication from the agent. Due to Property Central’s lack of ethics we would never consider them selling our property, nor would we consider buying a property listed by Property Central Erina.

Central Property Erina, added to the fact that this agent is well versed into the "crunching" method of selling (she applies a lot of pressure to you to reduce your price) makes listing with this real estate agent a serious risk for any vendor: you have been warned. I would have appreciated if she would answer her phone instead of communicating essentially via SMSs. Objectively, selling my home with this agent from Central Property Erina was a very negative experience for me. Your questions are welcome.
