Protechtion vehicle protection - Terrible service. Please don't get this package on your cars!! – I got Portechtion coating on my car based on the advice by Northshore Mitsubishi. I was told that the product will protect the car from rust and that repairs to minor paint damages (up to 1 inch) will be covered by Protechtion under warranty with minimal fee of $55. that they have only one person to attend warranty claims. Neither does he pick up calls nor will respond to mails. Worst, now they are claiming that the chips are result of accident and they won't cover the repairs. How does it matter whether the chips are a result of accident or hail storm?

The coating itself cost over $1,450. Its an absolute waste of money. I could have repainted the whole car twice for this money. Neither Northshore Mitsubishi is taking accountability nor MotorOne.

Passport application was easier than warranty claim – I had PROTECH window tinting fitted when my car was brand new at the Dealership. contract of the car purchse, inside cover of the log book to prove original ownership, copy of warranty card & also current rego details with the car now changing interstate rego. There was a lot of stalling that occurred before acceptance that it was a warranty claim. However, they don't do the work & I would need to take it to their Customer Care Centre in Burwood. In Jan, when I tried to book the work in, I got told they weren't in & to ring Motorone Burwood direct; I did this leaving the claim number, my mobile, the rep's details who told me to contact them & I've got nothing & been ignored.

Waste of time and money – Terrible product that doesn't work. I spent over $1,200 for paint and leather protection products to be applied. Bird droppings were left on my car for approximately two weeks - this corroded the paint. Protech claimed warranty was voided as apparently I needed to clean the droppings off as soon as they appeared. What a joke.

Amazing product! – I Bought my car from Mazda 3 years ago and had the Paint and Interior Protection applied! My Red car still looks as good as the day i bought it :) I am someone who doesn't have a lot of time to clean my car so this definitely comes in handy.. Rubbish product – Protech's paint protection product is a complete waste of money. Apparently paint dropping off your car does not qualify as an event for which their warranty applies. I would never purchase paint proection again!

If we had known we would never have bothered! – Our brand new Izuzu D-Max was treated with Protech; sadly the 'swarf' of the environment has rusted the paintwork over the last 2 years.Regardless of being a 'new' car this is not covered by warranty- be warned!!! Izuzu declined responsibility as have Protech...had we known we would never had bothered with the extra expense.

Greg agreed to try it on, and the result was spectacular. Inside and out, glass, body, hoses, boom and dipper, undercarriage and tracks all looked in tip top shape. From then on I have had the machine cleaned regularly, and even now with it being 6 years old I am still asked if it is a new machine. The appearance of this excavator is a credit to the workmanship of Greg and his team.
