Fantastic quality and awesome communication – So happy with the service and the quality I purchased a puma slide on years ago and I’ve been so happy with it… I needed some spare parts and years on they were super helpful and supplied them no problem 100% I would recommend this company Show details
Excellent camper – Opens up to the equivalent of a large caravan. Tracks easily. Has an excellent ensuite. It is extremely stable with the corner jacks down. These are mounted on the chassis not the floor like a lot of caravans. The walls are vinyl not canvas for long life. The accomodation when folded out is incredible with a king a queen bed but also can have the… Read more
lounge and dinete converted to double beds. I have had the camper in extremely heavy rain (150 mm in an hour) with no leaks. I have packed up in rain without any water getting inside. The a/c keeps the van cool in the North Queensland summer. It is excellent value for money
Silence – The single worst communicator’s I’ve come across. Pick and choose when they will talk to you depending on what’s in it for them. If nothing, silence. If you do get to speak to them, just excuses. USA imports makes it tricky to find compatible gear in OZ. Most experienced trades have never seen their connections. Regret dealing with them... should’ve paid a few dollars more and gone to a reputable Australian brand.
Exceptional service – I ended up with a second hand puma which needed some specific puma parts and servicing. I can't tell you how helpful and honest Warrick was with helping me. He was prompt in his replies, beyond helpful in sourcing all my needed parts and other random bits. Friendly, quality service. Highly recommend Puma Rv.
Puma RV not a pretty sight – Like all the other reviews had the same trouble mostly mine was water damage the first rain we were in it leaked like a seive. When reported we were sent a tube of silocone. Stay Away
They can't do enough for you till they get your cash !! – I can't complain about the service because it was non existent after they make the sale . I also agree with the previous comments about this company. If any help is required in regards to spare parts and advice go to Palomino RV Australia. Great people to deal with.
PUMA pop up camper – If anyone anywhere in Australia is looking to buy a camper or caravan my advice is never go to PUMA RV AUSTRALIA, located in NSW! Their after sales service is disgusting and their products are imported cheap and nasty from the US. Furthermore, You will have to spend loads of money repairing and reinforcing their shonky products. They are rude… Read more
after they have your money in their bank and they are extremely unhelpful. Initially they can’t do enough for you but once you have their product and you have let go of your hard earned cash they will turn their back and blame you if anything goes wrong with their product. BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
Buyers Beway – Shocking company to deal with. Once you purchase don't expect any after service help or assistance. I've tried several times to order parts needed to repair my van without any success whatsoever. They don't return calls, hang up on you and are basically very rude and unhelpful to deal with. If you do need after service support go with Palomino RV… Read more
Australia - they will help you all the way. Everyone that I have spoken to in the industry so far (which are many) regarding this organisation has only negative things to say. If you do purchase from these people I wish you luck.... you'll need it.
