Worst quality and shocking customer service – Quality is so bad, the silicone parts broke within months after purchasing. When contacting customer service to address this they directed me to buy more products with zero acknowledgement of the fault! Worst customer service ever and shocking quality. Absolutely do not buy as there is zero value for money Show details

Worst customer service ever – Worst customer service. Product was defective - firstly I was told "the silicone components are not covered under a replacement warranty once the item has been used". Unfortunately you don't know if the product is defective until you use it. They then blamed my child. The top leaks out the sides where it joins the lid. Nothing to do with use.… Read more

When I again explained to them they respond with "we do not replace used silicone items. Claims for faulty silicon items need to be emailed to use within 7 days....but as a good will gesture we will replace the tops if you paid the $9.95 postage....". These are not cheap bottles or tops, and to have to pay for a faulty part to be replaced is ridiculous. There is no way the postage for a silicone top is $10. I would not recommend this product given you can't easily source parts and the company's attitude to faulty parts.

Awful customer service – Bottles chip easily and the paint comes off right away. They leak and the cover does not stay on. Extremely unhappy with the customer service, the person was impolite and unhelpful. The worst shopping experience in for ever. Show details

Terrible customer service – Sent multiply emails regarding I order I made over a month ago that I have not received. When I finally get a reply through their Facebook page, they tell me they haven't received any emails from me and that there's nothing they can do. Very disappointing especially how much these bottles cost. Such a waste of time and money!!! Show details

Customer service is poor – The bottle itself is good but the travel cover is not good. It doesnt stay as they advertised. It keeps coming off the top and eventually I lost it. The customer service insist that the travel cover will stay. Yes it stays when it is dry only, but how can u expect a water bottle cover to stay dry? The bottle is quite heavy for baby and toddler so… Read more

I have to purchase the smaller size however as he grows the amount of water will not be enough for him so u have to buy a bigger bottle which is really money consuming.

Want to love it but disappointing experience – I purchased this bottle with the straw for my toddler. Nowhere in the product description did it mention the toddler bottles are not suitable for toddlers as they are sold. My toddler dropped her bottle 2-3 times and the bottle is damaged and no longer stands properly. Apparently you can purchase a separate bumper to prevent damage but this wasn’t… Read more

made clear until after our bottle had been ruined. If you have the bumper it’s probably great (assuming it works). Customer service is poor and quite rude - apparently a toddler dropping there bottle is not appropriate usage.

Love These Bottles – I got my first one of these when my first child was 18months old, 2yrs later its still going strong. i have added to our stash of bottles as we added another baby and they have been great to have as a backup for using expressed milk and water. We now have 3 small my youngest uses and 3 big for my older child. The silicone sleeve is a must, it… Read more

makes them very durable, ours have been dropped heaps and you wouldn't know it. Also keeps liquids cooler or hotter for longer and they feel really nice to hold. My older child uses them now for his milk with a stainless steel straw and a hole in one of their sealing discs. keeps it really cold and no worries if the younger one gets her hands on it. I am sure we will be using these for a few more years to come adapting them as needed. Stainless Steel so no worries about plastics etc. No plastic at all. You can put then in the dishwasher and they come out sterilised. Adapts as your child grows. You can get sippy spouts, sealing discs and silicone sleeves for them! Lots of other brands of teats work with them. Pretty pricy as you need a sleeve for each bottle. Not stocked enough in Australia, so you have to go hunting for branded accessories.
