My complaint about Pure One digital radio is the case, it is all over sticky. Can it be cleaned in some way. It has been sticky almost since purchase, also have a white one but it is good, different type of case.
Try cleaning it with a microfibre cloth that's been dipped in soapy water and thoroughly wrung out (i.e. you don't want the cloth to be dripping wet), then dry it off with another microfibre cloth. If that doesn't work, try putting a little bit of isopropyl alcohol (say a 1-2 teaspoons) onto a microfibre cloth and wipe it down. Hope that helps.
It took you 7 months to get back to me with that answer. In the meantime I tried Methylated Spirits, but what really did the job was Eucalyptus oil. Now my set is perfect.
I used alchohol wipes and it was quick and effective. Soapy water didn't help.
I am no longer able to change channels,as it is stuck on Easy Hits which I don't want. What can I do?
Try unplugging the radio for a few minutes and then plug it back in again. If it has the battery pack installed, you'll need to disconnect this as well. Hope this helps.
I have a white Pure One mini radio I love but the cord has split at the point of plugging in to the radio. where can I get a replacement cord ?
Jaycar would be your best bet to get a universal charger.
Screen has gone blank..screen lights up but no display. Help?
I recently had the same issue. Soon after I bought it I would get no text, and often the controls would stop working and the only way I could switch it off was to turn it off at the wall. Thankfully it was still under warranty so Pure advised me that it was faulty and to exchange it for a new one at the place I bought it. I did that and the new one works perfectly. Very happy with the customer service.
Can you use this radio if you travel on holiday to the UK?
Yes I believe it should work, check the manufacturer specs on their website for more details.
Hello,
I want to learn the features of the radio.
In particular I want to use with batteries. Radio only with the battery work?
I thank your help

Sorry, have never used radio with batteries, only electricity.
My pure digital radio only works with mains power, the batter operation will work only if the batteries are constantly replaced-at least once per week, why is this so?
