4 children in perfect condition and have now been passed on to another family. No ripping, tearing or seams coming apart. Please continue your great work by providing organic cotton clothing! So much love

I don’t get it’s the anniversary award. Because you lose your gold/ platinum status when the quarter resets- cannot afford to spend so much every 3 months. Which means I suspect you won’t get the high anniversary voucher.

helped me put aside items that I was selecting because hands were full with a baby), and I identified their mistake and they said once it’s rang up they can only do a store credit, so I ended up spending more than I intended to make up for their mistake. The tone with which they exchanged explanations was also suggesting that I had changed my mind at the very last minute (not the case)

Poor customer service with faulty garment – I purchased numerous clothes for my grandson during my daughters pregnancy. A Purebaby grow suit had a hole in the seam of the foot after just one gentle wash and one wear. When I contacted Pure baby I was referred back to where I purchased it despite it being a Purebaby product and explaining I was not sure where it was purchased. Rewards voucher use- no customer service and understanding - only voucher that has to be used in one go – I made a purchase today at the store in Chadstone and attempted to use the remaining amount on a $75 rewards voucher. However, was informed that the rewards voucher has to be used in one go so could not be used. I wrote to the online service I was informed as a customer you should know the T&Cs which is in fine primer and the staff can’t remember every voucher. Funny how their system can only tell when they want to reject the voucher.

“We understand your disappointment, however please be advised it is up to each customer to be aware of the terms and conditions of use for the Loyalty Vouchers. As our store teams redeem a number of different vouchers in their systems and are not able to tell whether a voucher is a Loyalty issued one to advise this information.”

Terrible customer service and quality – My mum has spent a fortune over the years on your products. I emailed about a pair of socks where the bon bon had come off straight away, which is a choking hazard and a grow suit that had a hole in it after one wash….now no response. I’ve taken them into a store with mum and they refer it on to head.

Poor quality baby branding – The materials are not soft enough and it appears a few holes after a couple of gentle washing on the baby suits. I contacted with purebaby and they said this is wear and tear. The quality is so bad and not worths the money. Bonds , Kmart and target is so much better quality than this . Show details

Customer service – Disappointing customer service at purebaby warringah mall Sydney and will not shop there again. Tried to return an item unsealed and packaged as new 1 week after purchase. The sales assistant declined a refund which was contradictory to store policy. Extremely argumentative and awful experience

Poor quality and too pricey!! – I purchased with them few onsies and after coming home discovered it had holes in it. Had to return it back which they did and came back home and when washed the returned one it got torn in one wash. Kmart ones are much better quality. This store is a hype. Please don’t buy

Very poor customer service – Spent quite a lot in store when my daughter was born. Signed up to their rewards program and several phone calls and even a conversation with a sales assistant who said she “would follow it up” and ring me back, we a yet to receive a single cent in so called “rewards”. No incentive to make further purchases from Purebaby. Go elsewhere- there are many other stores selling decent organic cotton baby clothing.

couple of times and compared with a smaller size, the store staff was inpatience and kept asking me which size I am going with. She wasn’t helpful at all and being very rude. I told my partner about my experience and he had the similar issue with the same staff. I thought purebaby is supposed be serving the babies and parents but instead they are off track especially with their quality and customer service. Horrible shopping experience!

Poor customer service – Tried to exchange unwanted gift in store. Gift had tags and was still being sold in store. Pure baby refused to exchange for anything without original receipt (which I didn’t have as it was a gift). Don’t but from here as ur can’t be exchanged even if it’s the wrong size! Show details

Good Value – Visited Purebay's store in Collingwood which had a lot of discounted products plus fully priced new ranges. Managed to find a number of items for a newly born granddaughter which were well priced and very attractive.

comfortable material but wears out quickly – Purebaby very beautiful designs. comfortable cotton material. However it wears out quickly (only few washes and is not like i put my baby in a outgrown clothes) especially at the zip area. and the zip is a bit too close to right leg that makes it hard to put right leg in the sleeves. Show details

Terrible customer service – Shopped at Bondi Junction store. Terrible customer relations, rude and condescending if didnt agree with recommendations. Felt pressured to buy unnecessary quantities and smallest sizes that wont be worn for long and ver Yexpensive even for organic. Says organic but no certification. Glad I didnt buy. The worst customer service! – We were gifted a girls outfit accidentally even though we had a boy. The store in Malvern refused to exchange it for another item in the store as we didn't have a receipt or gift exchange. The tags were still on and clearly in perfect condition in the original bag. I will never purchase from here again. Show details
