I was unbelievably gullible and naive - and desperate, because the doctor needed me to lose weight quickly and a large amount, for an upcoming necessary operation. So, I was ripe for the plucking, so to speak! I thought that it was providence to come to me at my hour of need - but instead it's been a humiliating, costly, and frustrating experience. Ausica don't respond to any communications whatsover. Purisaki are equally useless because their refund policy is utterly unusable and un-navigable. Plus they don't recompense for the packet(s) that you've used - with no weightloss at all, I add here!! Plus, they make you pay for the return postage and then good luck getting any refund back at all!!! Not happen AHA - I'm covered, thought I!! I naively thought that I was safe because I paid by PayPal BIG MISTAKE!!! OMG - have I come down with a thump! PAYPAL REFUSED MY CLAIM!! AND THEN THE APPEAL THAT I LODGED!! sending me this pathetic message - "We reviewed the claim(s) you filed on 27 April 2026. Unfortunately, we had to refuse your claim(s). This decision was made because if an item is materially similar to the seller's description, we don't consider it to be significantly not as described." So, there it is folks, be warned - all this time, all these decades of using PayPal and believing that they would have my back ... and would see logic and reason - WELL, NO - THEY DON'T HAVE MY BACK AND NO THEY DON'T SEE LOGIC OR REASON. SO, if they send you an item that looks "materially similar to the seller's description" - you are well and truly run in with a screwdriver, just like me!! I no longer trust PayPal as blindly and gullibly as I have for decades. They won't necessarily have your back folks! The patches are absolutely worthless pieces of sticky junk, which leave itchy red welts on your skin, Not only did I not lose any weight - but, to add insult to injury, they made me / I GAINED WEIGHT. So, AUSICA has scammed me, PURISAKI have scammed me and PayPal have left me to fend for myself, high and dry. Beware ! Purisaki is a very sketchy company run from overseas. They will keep on charging you and will not stop until you either cancel your credit card or can have paypal step in. I am chasing refunds and their answers to my emails are all time-wasting nonsense. Whoever is writing their emails has obviously been schooled in the "just talk in circles for ever until you wear them out and we can keep all their funds". Long story short - do not buy anything whatsoever from PURISAKI. Beware - this product is a scam and does nothing. PURISAKI IS A SCAM COMPANY YOU WILL STRUGGLE TO GET FREE OF - BEWARE.
