Absolutely useless – Watch it flick crumbs away instead of sucking it up or it moves right over the top and the crumb is still there afterward - on flat timber flooring. Carpets are even worse - picks up carpet fluff and nothing else. Don’t waste your money Show details
Piece of junk – We purchased this robot vacuum from eBay and after the 4th use, it ignored the magnetic strip and toppled down the staircase. Now broken, we've contacted the seller and supplier, all to no avail. Even when it did work, it had trouble finding the docking station and suction/sweep mode was minimal at best. $$$ down the drain. Hardwood floors. Show details
Wasted Money – I finally got mine delivered today after waiting for ages and was so excited! ... That was very short lived. This thing is rubbish. Even the manual for it is rubbish. It is the hardest to understand manual I have ever read and I have built everything in my house. There are spelling errors, wrong amounts of things, wrong page numbers so you're… Read more
reading the wrong thing. Tells you to clip things already clipped and open things without telling you properly what to do with them. Ridiculous! and that was just the manual! Then after an hour and a half I finally got the damn thing on and working, pushed the 'home' button which is supposed to send it back to its docking station just for it to go in the opposite direction. I had placed it right in front of the station to begin with! Then I thought stuff it, hopefully it at least vaccums, I'll just put it on the station myself whenever it's finished but it literally vaccumed for 6 minutes and then got stuck under my couch. Had to move the couch to get it out because the home button still didn't do crap and then tried it in a different room on a different mode to see if that worked and it basically just flung stuff around or did the same metre squared area for half an hour. It seems to have a battery life of only like an hour because then it just stops and tries to return home AND when it died it left a trail of all the crap it picked up like it was only suctioning it to the bottom and when that went off it dropped everything! I've attached some pictures of the stellar job it did cleaning (note the sarcasm). Do not buy this if you want a decent clean! But if you want something to push all your dirt into one area to make it easy to vaccum, kinda like an expensive broom with no dustpan then go for it! Oh also it's super loud.
Best vacuum I've ever bought! – We have 2 very large white dogs who shed hair excessively. Our floors are cleaner than they've ever been.We run the robot every day and empty it every 2nd day. It's so awesome to come home from work to an immaculate house. So happy! UPDATE 3 months on and the vacuum just stopped charging 2 months ago. Contacted customer service and eventually… Read more
received a new battery. Didn't fix the problem. Now waiting for a replacement but they are out of stock for another month. It has taken me over 2 months and a trail of over 50 emails to get this sorted. So in short the vacuum is great when it works but difficult to get issues sorted.
Better than my old one! – When I was going to buy it, I was kind of skeptical that it would not clean much but this is the real deal! And the mopping systems is really good. No I don’t have to vacuum and mop. I literally can’t remember the last time I mopped and vacuumed! It navigates like an $800 robot vacuum and suction power is great!
