trolley and stack 3-4 boxes and do it yourself, go right ahead. Lazy. Argumentative. Took their time. Job really should have been a a 4-5 hour job but since they sent me a small truck it took 9 and they wanted to be paid for 10 in regards to moving my gym equipment. Spent 20 mins doing who knows and told me they had to put diesel as I waited for them. Told me a fixed priced then tried to say that price was a discounted price when I asked if there are any costs ( hidden). No I was told just a flat $55 call out fee. Tried to hit me with an additional $100 for my gym and billed me nearly $350 over based on the rates, hours I calculated. Had to meet them half way after numerous back and forth with one trip remaining. Workers argued with me wanting more $ and I had to meet the owner half way , fearing they would abandon my last trip.

Useless. Lazy. Costs didn’t to what was agreed.

Don’t use them.

Try to avoid at all costs – Worst experience I've ever had. They were four hours late and send one person with the truck instead of two. Because of the fact that truck showed up at 4pm there was no way that one person could load 40 boxes and deliver them to storage facility before they close up. Now I have to reorganise the whole thing because [Name Removed] the manager lied to me all the time.
