paying again. If you have already been sucked into buying this product make sure that you access everything and save the info offline before your access expires. It would have been great if I could have found this land sooner - but unfortunately RE doesn't always work that way. This is such an antiquated service approach that is not aligned with the customers needs.
Arrogant, rude and outdated information – I purchased the NT Application for Administration DIY kit, asked a simple question about filling out the form, and was met with an arrogant reply from the owner. This kit did not contain any more information than the NT Supreme Court website provides. There are also errors in the procedure, and the information regarding entitlements per the… Read more
relevant act is incorrect and outdated.
I emailed to ask about which address I should use, if I should find a local one as I live interstate and the Supreme Court website mentions information about the address but it is unclear what they need. The DIY Kit does not even talk about the address of the applicant. The company's reply was rude and arrogant.
There is not really enough information to "DIY" your application from this pack. Save your money and contact the Darwin Supreme Court direct; they are much more helpful about the process of filling out the forms.

purchase or sale so you know exactly what to do and when. The product produces To Do checklists, specific documents and professional letters that you need in the process so that when you are dealing with the other party's conveyancer, you produce professional documents and letters at the correct point in the process. I did not experience any uncertainty at all. If you do have questions, they provide a way to get further information or advice if needed. I didn't have to use this feature and my conveyance went perfectly. Definitely the way to go if you want to do your own conveyancing in these three states.
