Engaged Quickstep removals to move from one unit to another in the same complex. They were expensive compared to others but trusted they would do the job properly however they were far below expectation. Luke was good but Paul was rude and did a sloppy job. They completed 75% of work and suddenly left as their time was up. When you accept a job you need to complete it. Don't do half the job and let customer do the rest! They left outdoor cushions in the basement near lift. Worst thing is that they damaged my expensive King living sofabed with stains and paint scrapped from door jamb trying to get into a room. I know it is heavy but didn't follow my directions that it fits vertically in lift (the way it was brought). If they put blanked under the sofa while loading in the lift it wouldn't have stained. They did shrink wrap but I believe it came off. Paul promised to come next day and steam clean the sofa bed and fix the door paint. It has been 10 days since and says he is too busy. He doesn't give me details of his Insurance policy saying his premium will shoot up. This attitude wasn't expected. Pot plants were left haphazard in the balcony. My wife and I had to lift the heavy pots to put them properly. I trusted their words and expected professional handling but Paul didn't meet the expectations. Be aware and check if you are engaging them. Although he claims 30 yrs of experience the work doesn't show that. An experienced mover would never do this.
