Philips QuickTouch Questions & Answers
VerifiedGot this white powder coming out of the base of my philip garment steamer, is it normal?
Oooh, no I don't think so. I've never had this problem but it definitely doesn't sound good to me.
Sorry to hear of your experience. We'd like you to call us on 1300 363 391 so that we can diagnose the problem.

.. I just bought mine recently, to save time when i need to get ready for work. I thought, ok, get one, quick steam, done. Boy, was i wrong! My clothes became damp, or not soaked. Water spurting everywhere. White residue stained my dark coloured clothes. Gosh, can a product be this bad?? What am i doing wrong????
That's why I want to get rid of mine. The worst $129 I've ever spent. Philips are no help at all. They've asked me to return it so that their whatever department can check for flaws. Yeah right, I'm going to pay $$$$$ postage packing up this appliance to send it back to them only for them to tell me sorry there's nothing wrong? You're dreaming Philips - and very shoddy customer service indeed

.. Hi Jan. What, send them back?? Uhh, no. And yah, to be told that there's nothing wrong with this product, u have to hold it this way, keep the connector straight, hang your clothes 15,000 metres from the steam head, aka, The Water Spurter, will be no help. Thanks for yr reply, Phillips Team, but no thanks. It's either i chuck this product into the bin, or just donate it. I'm going back to good old ironing.
Does the full tank water run out fast? i only manage to use 1 dress and its empty.
Is my spoilt?
yes
Hi cupcake, is that yes for run out fast or my machine is spoilt?
