Very easy booking process. The woman on the phone explained the insurance stuff clearly which helped because I had no idea what goods in transit meant before.

Not the cheapest quote we got but also not crazy expensive. Ended up choosing them because they sounded more legit on the phone. Move went smoothly.

Office relocation over weekend. Our small office in Brisbane needed to move over the weekend so staff could return Monday without chaos. R2G handled desks, monitors and storage cabinets quicker than expected. Monday morning everything was usable. That honestly saved us a lot of stress.

Didn’t feel rushed. I had bad experiences with another company before where they tried to rush everything. R2G was calmer and more organised. They actually listened when I explained which items were fragile.

Booked them for Brisbane to Sunshine Coast. Pretty normal experience in a good way. No drama, truck arrived when booked, furniture was fine.

Good but communication could be quicker Move itself went well and the boys were polite. Only thing was replies on email took a bit longer than I expected. Other than that all okay.

Thank you Daniel and the team We moved my mum into aged care last month and it was a stressful week already. The team handled it better than I expected. They wrapped fragile things properly and even helped move a few extra boxes we forgot to mention. Appreciate the patience and care.

Used R2G for a small apartment move in Gold Coast. Two movers showed up early and got straight into it. Took less time than expected honestly.

Fast move from Cairns to Brisbane. Was a bit worried after reading a couple bad removalist stories online in general, but these guys were fine. Pickup was on time, no weird extra charges at the end. Got our stuff from Cairns to Brisbane in good condition. Show reply

I recently booked them for an in-town move and over the phone described that I had a 2 bedroom house with a lot of additional plants and sporting equipment. originally had a bigger truck but brought this instead and it was too late to switch out again as the other guys took the bigger truck to another move. The two guys actually doing the move were great but becasue the truck was too small it took a lot of extra time to pack the truck so they could fit as much as possible which of course costs extra money since it is charged by the hour so all the time spent rearranging things in the truck was costing extra money. And in the end they werent able to fit any of my plants and most of my sporting equipment. I was able to come to an agreeable solution with the company in order to rectify the situation. Again the movers were really great but I would just recommend being very clear about the inventory and truck size options to ensure this doesn’t happen.

Rafael and Daniel were great during the moving out. However, we had several issues with the service booking and the customer service when we reached out.
