at the end of the month. The Caloundra pool were advised via their web site and a refund was requested. No response received - and no refund given. Today, they have tried to take out another payment, and as the money wasn't put in to cover this as it was cancelled, a $10 bank fee was charged. Rackley's do not have a number for Head Office and no contact details. The Sunshine Coast contact ([Name Removed]) could not/or would not refund my money, and refers you to their web site for complaints. The enquiry form on the web site is computerised with no personal contact possible and generic responses.

BE AWARE that this could happen to you if you cancel a contract and are within your rights to cancel. Pensioners in particular be aware - they will keep taking money from your account! As if life isn't hard enough already!
