No issues with RACV solar – We had an RACV solar system installed in late 2022 - the communication and installation process was first class. A few months ago, the connection between the system and the online monitoring system crashed, I had numerous support calls from RACV Solar during and after the problem being resolved. Not awfull, not great – Update Nov 24. Recent issues have been resolved so feeling a bit better about their support quality Pre sales - great, answered questions Communication & scheduling - as bad as it gets, didn't contact me at all to book install Installation - God, they subbed it out Support - average, still waiting on 15 day call Don't recommend them :( Show details
