Ramset RM160

What a fizzer – Puschased Ramset RM 160 as i have used ramset tools over the years and thought the quality would be good. What a lemon i ened up with. First job it broke down after about 15 core holes. Sent back to melb where they said they fitted a new board. Recieved it back and finished off the other 12 or so penetrations. Then packed away for 12 months as no need for it. Started a new job where it was required drilled a dozen holes and it has failed again. Rang Ramset and at this stage still waiting to hear back from them.

Do youself a favour and look at another brand what a peace of rubbish this drill is.

Worst tool I have ever owned – This tool works for two or three holes and then has to be taken in for repair. I thought ramset would be good quality but I have never owned any tool that has be so unreliable. I take it in and it gets sent to Melbourne from Sydney and two weeks later I get it back repaired ably for it to break down again. Breaks down every time you use it
