100% negative – Ramset's concrete gun is the absolute worst, their services are non-existent, waited 6 months for it to be fixed and it only worked for 2 months - it's not worth a penny. I made the mistake of investing in four guns, but unfortunately, none of them are working properly. It's definitely been a disappointing experience.
