Con Artist – Welcome to my world, bought a property from him in 2011, 4 months later started noticing the problems. Ended up going to VCAT where he was instructed to pay me $6,300 for damages that he refused to rectify even though he committed to doing so. The money was due in December 2013, I'm still waiting a year later. He just politely returns all post as if he doesn't exist. He thinks he's gotten away with it, well, I've got news for him.......

Unorganised, poor workmanship, doesn't pay contractors or workers – [Name removed]. What he does is practically "buys" jobs off a registered builder (as he isn't registered) and works under his licence. Then from there is when it all turns to rubbish. From being completely unorganised, doesn't know what's going on as he's never on site, gets out of bed at 9am (while trades are ringing him at 7am) with a just do it attitude (which I as a tiler hate) I've dealt with one of his clients after hand over and I've never seen someone so disappointed in their brand new home. Flashings falling off the roof onto the kids out door area, half of the trades are off gumtree, feature walls falling apart as they haven't been built properly, ceiling leaks, can't measure glass if his life depended on it. He does not know what he's doing. Not to mention trades are left unpaid. And now to avoid paying, he's starting a new company up with another building mob, who I won't name. Operating out of carrum downs, seaford, dandenong (many locations as he shifts when someone chases him) and new mob operates out of mt martha. All I will say is if you come across [name removed] walk the other way.
